Appartamento appena ristrutturato in palazzo Centralissimo di recente costruzione, situato al 9 piano con ascensore. Vicinissimo all'area pedonale ed alla stazione dei pullman. Zona sicura e sempre illuminata, servita da numerosi negozi, bar, ristoranti e supermercati. L'appartamento è di 35 m², il letto doppio dà sul balcone con vista citta in direzione delle montagne del nord, l' area living con divano letto e Smart TV, angolo cottura compatto ma attrezzato e bagno personale.

The condo is in the 4th floor and is accessable only by stairs . The apartment you'll be staying is newly renovated and modern to fulfill all your short-term or long-term travel needs. In our flat you will find everything you need to feel just like home.

I really take pride in it because it is not some random rental; it's actually part of our home, and nobody else is running it for us, and I think guests feel the care, the attention. For a tranquil stay in the city center among locals, this cozy top-floor apartment in a four-story building (no elevator) is an ideal choice. The apartment is not luxurious, but it is spacious and authentic.

This apartment is in the center of the city , is 100 meters away from the oldest road of this city , when you are in balcony you can see the biggest chatedral in shkodra , you can find everything near like Sea food restaurant which is 50 meter away , you can find the market 30 meters away and a good tradicional restaurant 100 meters away , this is the perfect place for 2 persons to stay , also we have bicycle for rent
