10 Star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service and Place to Stay Due to severe storms in Dallas, our flight from Belize City to Ambergris Caye was significantly delayed, causing us to miss our connection. I reached out to Michelle via Airbnb, and she responded immediately, accommodating us late on a Wednesday night. Phil kindly picked us up from the airport that evening, and Michelle arranged our return the next morning. Their support really helped turn around what had been a stressful day. This property is a fantastic choice whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with a group. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Many thanks to Michelle and Phil for their exceptional hospitality.

We loved Carlos's place! It was very spacious and pretty. It's convenient, local, and provided privacy. We felt very secure with the remote access gate and cameras around the property. We really enjoyed the outside terrace, as we spent a lot of time out there enjoying the plants and weather. The villa offered all the amenities listed in the booking description. The house is also a short 1 min walk away from a grocery store, which was perfect! Carlos was also able to accommodate taxi service for us as well, which was greatly appreciated and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the city.

Giancarlo went above and beyond. He made us feel right at home. This place was extremely safe and worth the money. The restaurant on the front of the property was absolutely amazing. The staff did everything they could to make us feel welcome. This was truly a great value!

Monique was a lovely hostess. Her home was clean and cosy. Great value for the money. There is no A/C though and quite a few stairs to climb upon entry and exit.

Had a great stay with Bart! Great guy, I’d strongly suggest spending some time with him, and take part in some of his side work. I went to several festivals with him selling flavored ice, awesome to experience the different cultures, from a Mennonite rodeo, to a tilapia festival in creole country, couple La Ruda Maya events! Great eggs, something about the frying pan, but boy were they good. Nothing special about the rental, simple, but very entertaining watching the wildlife, and chickens on the back deck, watch your roommates fly out of the eaves, and comeback in the morning! Take buddy for a walk every morning, but watch Rexy, he’ll try and give you a smooch! I loved my stay there, and would definitely do it again, but you gotta be an outdoor camping type! You’re not at the Hilton! Barb was in the states, so I didn’t personally see her long, but she always returns text, and checks in on you regularly. Quiet, and comfortable for my type of person! Enjoy, and relax!!

I slept with the windows open and had a great breeze in from the gulf. I never used the fan that was in the room. They are a wonderful family, many great suggestions for things to do and Lins is an awesome cook. The door to my room has its own key that they provided as well with a key for the front door. I was so comfortable, I didn’t feel like I needed to lock my room when I was gone. I would just leave the door open to keep the breeze coming in. They’re close to the airport in Belize City and not in a ‘touristry’ area. It was less expensive to take a taxi into town than it is to get an Uber back home.

My husband and I, along with two family members got displaced because our flight came in late and we wouldn't make it to the boat to the island. We booked Mr. James last minute and I'm so glad we fell upon this place. very calm, beautiful yard, Ac works great and love all the amenities. Mr. James is super helpful, very respectable and very responsive. it was the best remedy after being delayed and spending all day in the airport. Definitely would be back to this peaceful yard.

I stayed seven days at Ramons place. It was the perfect place and location. It was close to family and easy to visit them. It was close to convenience stores, Brodies supermarket, and the restaurant Smokeez which was a plus. The bed was very comfortable and place very spacious. Overall, it was a great place. I would highly recommend it.
