The main bed is a queen, the second is a twin day bed, accommodating 2 adults & 1 child/teen or 1 adult and 2 child/teen, or 2 adults and 2 child/teen, but only two beds. Pack/Play travel crib available upon request. 1pm - 6pm check in. Meticulously cleaned and filled with amenities! Great location. Walking distance to eateries, bank, drug store, grocery. Welcome to Studio Jayzeen! Enjoy a smart TV, high speed wifi, blackout curtains, sound machine, all located in a safe and quiet neighborhood close to great restaurants. The studio is fully private with it's own private entrance though we live on the premises with our two kids. Close to the 101 and 405 freeways, with easy access to Downtown LA, Beaches, Hollywood, Universal Studios, public transportation, and CSUN. Convenient to Van Nuys Flyaway for LAX access. Private Guesthouse

This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.
