We are located 5 minutes from the Luray Caverns and Shenandoah National Park. We are just far enough out of town to enjoy the peacefulness of nature, but close enough for all of the conveniences. You will have your own, SEPARATE ENTRANCE and space for your privacy, but the OWNERS STILL LIVE IN THE HOME & host other guests in the basement. You will hear us and our 3 DOGS moving around our home. This space has 4 beds that are upstairs. There is also a pool (NOT heated) that you are welcome to use.

Only 90 miles from Washington, D.C. Just 5 miles from Downtown Luray, Luray Caverns, and local conveniences. Only 13 miles from the Thornton Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park. Enjoy breathtaking mountain and river views right from the deck and screened in porch. Listen to the sound of the river which soothes the soul and nourishes the spirit. We welcome well behaved dogs for an additional $50 fee per stay. Please keep your dog on a leash. Limit of two. Sorry no cats, penalty is $200.

Home was built by Otis Elevator company in 1930 for their daughter. You have nature trails and fire pit, swimming pool (opened April 15th), deer and wildlife too. Short walk to historic Ceder Creek. Full estate is yours to play and relax. No dogs in pool. Pool is open early April to early October usually. Hot tub is ready year round.
