Tiny House living! The cosy 6m x 3.5m studio has everything you need. Ideal for a single or couple - the studio can also cater to different groups (1-2 children or up to 4 adults) with a queen size bed and double folding futon sofa. The Kitchenette has fridge, microwave, induction hotplate and electric frypan as well as toaster, tea and coffee making. The compact ensuite is equipped with shower/toilet and basin. Guests have exclusive use of the studio courtyard which is secure for your dog.

Studio on Park is an architecturally-designed, custom-built studio situated perfectly between the Illawarra escarpment and Southern coastline. Stay with us and explore the stunning South Coast from this private oasis. We accommodate up to 4 adult guests - 1 x queen bed and 1 x pull out sofa bed in the living area. The studio strictly does not accept pets or children under the age of 8. Babies who are not yet walking are welcome. This is due to the delicate nature and design of the studio.

Looking for a relaxing beachside getaway or work away retreat? This fully self contained studio with full kitchen & laundry is directly opposite Jones Beach in beautiful Kiama Downs. Everything you could possibly need to enjoy the patrolled beach & children’s park across the road is available for use such as beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, surfboards, beach games, buckets & spades. Close proximity to cafes, grocery store, chemist and liquor shop within 400m. Golf course less than 1km

Garden Studio

Take a break and unwind at this cozy Garden Studio overlooking a spacious backyard and veggie garden. It has its own private access and is completely self-contained, separate from the main house. It’s positioned to one side of the backyard, but has its own courtyard. We have two friendly dogs but they are fenced off from the garden studio. We have a cat who enjoys laying in the sun on the garden studio porch. We also have chickens, not usually but occasionally make noise early morning.
