This is our second stay in this condo. We love it. The hosts are excellent and the view is fantastic. Close to everything but still peaceful.

Sharry’splace was great. Nice views and great surroundings. Loved Lazy River. Easy to get to . Anything we wanted was there. Condo had so much and everything was clean and in great shape. We hope to go there again!

Our stay was incredible. We brought my mil who is a nurse and caregiver and rarely gets a break she couldn't have been happier. Our teens especially loved the shuttle to the gym/waterpark. They loved going swimming in heated pool closest to our unit. We seen a bear literally walking up our steps the second day and climbing on another unit the second so that was the best highlight for our teenagers lol. my husband loved how high up we were, and took advantage of the private road. Would 10/10 recommend, and David was incredible the entire time!

Great pool, close to everything, the sky park is pretty neat and just a mile away. Place was very clean and well appointed with dishes, etc. People are super frfriendly and helpful here at the lodge.

The stay was absolutely amazing I would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking for a getaway I did get a little lost going up but that was due to my cars gps but even then i wasn’t far just turned one street to early haha. I will be staying there again 100%

Place was exactly as described! Loved the space, location and amenities! Scott was very communicative and instructions were spot on. Would stay here or in a place of Scott’s again.

This place was as advertised and more! No complaints at all. There were great views from the balcony, great location, and very spacious on the inside. This place has everything you need. Our family definitely would love to stay here again when we visit the area.

We come to Gatlinburg every year around Christmas time for the last 6-7 years. This is now probably our most favorite place we have stayed. It’s a literal 5 minute walk to the strip and very easy to park when you have a larger vehicles like myself. It was spacious and nice. The beds and pillows are VERY comfortable! Only small downsides was it wasn’t the cleanest. Felt like the cleaning crew maybe rushed in and rushed out. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night which was inconvenient to say the least but things happen. All in all, we will 100% look to book here again and highly recommend it to anyone. Hiccups happen but I have no problem recommending this place to anyone!

The place was nice and in a great location.

We loved being right on the river with a view of the mountains. Also loved the gas fireplace since the mornings and evenings were cooler. Enjoyed not being in too busy of a place but it was so handy to whatever we wanted to do. It was easy to get to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg or the park. Great place for 3 couples to stay. We thought it would be a great place for kids, too, but we didn’t bring any :)

Kerri's place is very nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool/hot tub while we were there. The area was quiet and relaxing. Kitchen stocked well for fixing meals and the condo is cozy and comfortable. The only issue was the wifi instructions were possibly outdated because we could not find the wifi listed in the instruction book. We were able to link up with the condominium place open wifi so was not a huge deal.

We sat on the balcony every morning and enjoyed the beautiful peaceful river view. Very comfortable and clean home with everything you need. Jackie was very helpful and accessible. Convenient location. Definitely recommend this condo.

Exactly like the pictures! They almost don’t do the view justice! The hot tub was one of our favorite parts. We drove about 40 min to Cade’s cove for a hike.. highly recommend. We also stopped at “Burger Master” and “Townsend Abby Pub” where David took great care of us! We will definitely be back to the Rocky Top Retreat!

We had an amazing time! Chris was a terrific host - always quick to respond to questions and his guidebook of recommendations was very helpful. The house and view are absolutely gorgeous. Everything was “as advertised” just like the stunning pictures in the posting. Great attention to details and very thoughtful stocking of the coffee bars (yes there are 2!), laundry pods and dryer sheets and toiletries, all of which we needed and appreciated! Anything you might need is in the kitchen, I don’t think we’ve ever vacationed at a place with such a well stocked kitchen in terms of equipment and utensils to cook. I was excited to see bears but I admit a little nervous, we only ended up seeing one from a distance driving up at night and nowhere near the house. Overall I would say the property and the host get 11/10 stars, just fantastic and I would highly recommend this rental. Thanks again!

We had a fabulous time and the cabin was lovely! Very clean and had everything needed for an easy stay.

The cabin and view was absolutely stunning. We had plenty of space for our family enjoyed all the amenities. The hot tub, pool table and arcade game were fun for the whole family. Chris and Morgan followed up after our arrival and were easy to contact. I will absolutely stay at one of their homes again.

We weren't able to stay here because of the two flights of stairs leading to the entrance. However, Wil was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire situation. If it weren't for the large kennel for our Great Pyrenees— which requires two people to carry— we definitely would have enjoyed our stay. I just didn't feel comfortable carrying it up/down the stairs in the dark, worried that one of us might fall. No fault of the host at all. Wonderful communication and we appreciated the kindness.

Everything was great. Enjoyed my stay. Very clean and comfortable beds. Neighborhood was very quiet. Mike reached out and made sure everything was going okay. Thank you again for everything.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and had tvs in every room. There was plenty to do in the house and was very comfortable. The only issue was the lake was gone lol but that obviously can’t be controlled. It was the most fun we’ve had in a long time. We will definitely rent from Julie again!!!
