We are located on US-321, which leads directly into downtown Gatlinburg (20 min). The Maddron Bald National Park trail is 1 minute away . Dogs MUST BE on the reservation when booking. The Back Porch Retreat is a quiet walkout basement apartment in the peaceful home of John & Kaye Thomas that is located 2 miles from downtown Sevierville. The location is ideal for accessing Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, the Great Smoky Mountains, or Knoxville (for UT game days). Apartment includes 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living room, large back porch, and hot tub. The Retreat combines the modern conveniences that one would expect in an AB&B with a relaxing taste of life from the past.

Enjoy a walkout downstairs apartment which includes a LR, additional seating area w/sleeper sofa, BR w/king bed, bathroom, dining room, kitchenette, small patio space, private entrance, & parking. The living area has a view and the décor is eclectic and updated. (This space is NOT childproofed, and NOT for small children.) It is best suited for 2 adults, but can accommodate 2 more guests (13 and over) w/sleeper sofa. Dollywood is 4 miles, GSMN park is about 12, and Pigeon Forge is only 2.

Spend time here fishing in the river right outside your door, hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park 3 minutes away or taking a short drive into Knoxville for an iconic UT football game. If that doesn't fill your vacation with plenty to do, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are only a short drive away.

Nuthouse - Pickle Ball, Firepit, mountain views

The Nuthouse is an oversized studio that boasts a king size bed, hide a bed couch, dining room table with 4 chairs, full bathroom and everything you need for a peaceful vacation. Even though it's a studio, it's large enough to not be crowded. The view from the windows of Mt. Laconte are beautiful. There are 12 acres that you can hike on and even a small outside chapel and gazebo to be used for an outside wedding (at an extra cost and it needs to be approved beforehand).

APT #2 features indoor open fireplace, 3 bedrooms/3 full baths (one bedroom has private bath), 55"+40" smart TVs upstairs, 40” down w/PlayStation. WIFI provided. Open kitchen with essentials provided, updated appliances & washer and dryer. Upper and lower decks give access to a view overlooking the valley and Legacy Mountain. Only 9 miles to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located unit. Has open floor plan and large kitchen. Bathroom has been recently remodeled. All mattresses and bedding are brand new with 100% cotton sheets. Oversized, super comfy reclining leather seating. Our open layout makes this unit a great setting for game night, big meals and big FUN. Tv in every room and 5g free internet. Charcoal grill provided, Bunks are Full size beds. Guest must be 21 to rent.
