The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. You’ll love my place because it sets on a 50 acre beautiful horse farm with QUIET and RELAXING indoor/outdoor spaces, fishing pond, riding trails, and comfy Queen bed. My place is good for couples, solo/business travelers and couples with children. (This unit is upstairs and requires the use of stairs) We are 3.5 mi from Albert Ellis airport an 15/20 min to area military bases NO PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS PLEASE DUE TO SEVERE ALLERGIES AND LIVESTOCK ON THE FARM

Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Best part about this space is you get the country experience with 200 Mbps download speeds. If you need the air mattress let us know.
