Home is 15 minute ride to Starved Rock State Park or Skydive Chicago. Set in a park like setting close to many amenities, parks, & restaurants. Abundant wildlife.

Come stay in our carriage house turned guest house!, the property has a swimming pool available during swimming season, which is June thru September. a separate Hot Tub and new BBQ for your private use; please indicate if you intend to use the pool during your stay, we need an hours notice to remove the cover; the hot tub is always ready to use. You will be sure to enjoy the proximity to restaurants, shopping in Ottawa, parks such as Starved Rock, and a variety of festivals.

This remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with queen-sized sleeper sofa is located in downtown North Utica, just a short distance from the breathtaking Starved Rock State Park. The apartment features a modern and stylish interior design, with plenty of natural light pouring in through large windows. The bedroom includes a comfortable King-sized bed. The kitchen and bathroom have been completely renovated with new fixtures, quartz counter top in this fully stocked kitchen.

This two-bedroom 1 bath house welcomes you with all the amenities to feel right at home. Sleeps 3 adults comfortably. (1-Queen Bed and 1 full size bed) It has a fully stocked kitchen. washer/dryer and outdoor seating/dining.

Ottawa has great places to dine and Washington Park in downtown Ottawa has the must see Lincoln-Douglas Debate fountain and statue.

We are only 5 minutes from the expressway I-88 and 10 minutes from Naperville and the outlet mall in Aurora!
