Benjamin's Pier is located in the completely remodeled Laguna Reef Condominiums on the front side of the building, away from the noise of the pool deck. Soak up the sun in the swimming pool, fish off the 1000 foot lighted fishing pier, or simply enjoy the view from the hot tub, all located around the back water side of the building. This front side ground floor room has two queen size beds and is perfect for your family vacation. Enjoy the relaxation of the Rockport beach just a short walk away!

This condo is fully furnished w/ a stackable washer & dryer, open concept from dining area to living room. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed w/ coastal decor, flat screen TV. There is a private entrance/exit through the sliding door to the patio area that overlooks the bay! The second bedroom has 2 twin beds & a flat screen TV & lots of closet space & view of the bay. The living room has pull out queen couch, flat screen TV, and walk out to the patio through the sliding doors.

Soak in hot tub next to the fire pit. Take dip in neighborhood pool or head to the beach. You are sure to enjoy your stay in Rockport. 5 minutes from boat launch. 15 minutes from Rockport Beach and 30 minutes from Port Aransas Beach. **** Airbnb is misleading guests house is 15 min walk from beach. It is not. To get to the water, you must drive. There is no water access from the house. I can’t get Airbnb to correct this. Please do not book if you are expecting to walk to beach. *****
