CONDO RIGHT ON THE BEACH! HEATED POOL IN WINTER!

Relaxing, fun and comfortable condo located on the east end of the island. A few of my favorite things: -RIGHT on the beach (the majority of places to stay in Galveston require you to cross a busy street to get to the beach) -can walk to the end of the island on the beach -7 minute drive to the Strand -Away from the over crowded area of the island, but not too far from anything -PLENTY of activities- tennis court, volleyball net, hammocks, etc. Visit Galvestonian website for more details

This beloved beachfront corner studio condo between Stewart Beach and East Beach has a large balcony and expansive gulf views. It is well-appointed for two or for a solo retreat. Come to our 2 bed 2 bath 1,266 sqft open concept single story condo on Clear Lake between Galveston and Houston to enjoy the view of the marina and community pool from the 2nd floor balcony. All new appliances, high-speed internet, PS3, Cable and desk allow the whole family to stay connected. Access two covered parking spots in this mature lakeside gated community with dog park, down the road from NASA and Kemah Boardwalk along NASA Pkwy. There is also a camera outside the house entry.

This fully private 1 bedroom condo gives you all you need for your home away from home. In house washer and dryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and yes, even a coffee maker. Relax with two flat screens TVs located in the living space and bedroom for optimum relaxation. Additionally this space is located in between highway 288 and 35, ideal for a quick ride to hotspots like Pearland Town Center and Baybrook Mall.
