Awesome Host! We were very pleased with the property. The furnishings were well thought out. It was minimalist while feeling warm and inviting at the same time. It was well-maintained and the surrounding property was very nice. We felt at home in the property and area. Small convenience stores (DT, FD, DG) were all within 1-2 minutes driving and so much more anywhere from 5 minutes or more. It worked out very well for us. *It is on the second floor (we liked that), but just a heads up in case stairs are challenging for you or someone traveling with you. As a host - very responsive, great instructions and clear rules. We definitely recommend this property and host, and we would book again.

Amazing location for a couple visiting Charleston. The airbnb was clean and organized. It has also the best quality furniture and kitchenware from all airbnbs I’ve been. Checkin was easy. Bed was very comfortable and the place was quiet at night despite being near a large street (I’m a light sleeper). Bathroom was clean and shower was good. It’s around 12-15 min from downtown Charleston and also a short drive to Angel Oak and Folly beach. Only inconvenient you might find is some traffic in the intersection where the place is, as well as in some junctions going to Charleston. We would certainly stay here again!

Very clean, nice place. We had a rental car so the off-street parking was helpful if a little tight. It was a restful place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen was very clean and had the basic dishes and utensils. You will need to bring your own breakfast foods and coffee pods as none are provided. One bath is modern and spacious and one is smaller with a lovely old clawfoot tub which is high and might be a challenge for gettin in and out for some people. We did enjoy our four night stay and would recommend it to others.

The house was very clean, Laurie was a great host and included so many extras that someone might need. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome.

Nice and clean, simple check in/out process, and overall a great experience. The pool and gym are great amenities (we actually wish we’d stayed an extra day just to have a pool day). The area isn’t anything to write home about, but it’s a quick drive to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely come back!

We had a great stay here! This place was in a great location in North Charleston. There were several parks, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. It was also a short distance from downtown Charleston. The layout of the space was a great way to have everyone in the same area but have their own space. Everything was as expected and Matt was very responsive.

Melody was an excellent host. She gave detailed instructions and helpful hints. The home was very clean, well stocked kitchen, and lots of extra linens. Few miles to interstate, downtown Park circle restaurants, and Tanger outlets. 15 minute drive to City Market Charleston. In a large neighborhood, near playground, and next door neighbor was friendly. Perfect for our dogs with fenced in patio area. Great 3 bedroom/ 2 1/2 bath!

We had a wonderful stay with our baby and 2 small dogs! Beautiful home in a great location! It had everything we needed and more. It was so easy to get to downtown Charleston and the ride was beautiful and scenic. You can also walk to two great restaurants: Paisanos pizza and for breakfast the Smoky Yolk. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved the home, it was perfect for two families to share for a swim meet weekend. It was super close to the pool and plenty of restaurants close by! The home is beautiful, spacious, clean, it was great, just wish we could’ve spent more time there!

My husband and I came for a few days to see Gladys Knight in concert and spend some time again in Charleston. We loved that Laurence’s place was in a quiet and very walkable neighborhood. Hands down one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. Extremely clean, & has everything you’d need. Michael was extremely accommodating & when I come back to the area I’ll most definitely be staying there again.

This is a cozy, functional space in a neighborhood with three comfortable bedrooms, two with attached bathrooms - exactly as advertised. Our hosts were kind and attentive, and I recommend this listing.

This is a lovely townhouse with excellent accomodations. Comfy beds, lots of bathrooms, open plan middle floor. The location is right next to the highway for easy access to many locations. Meghan was very communicative and easy to work with. We loved our girls weekend!

This is a cute little house right on the edge of everything you could want in a vacation spot! The host is responsive and kind and gives good, clear instructions. The fire pit was the cherry on top of our stay. Would definitely recommend.

I met with some friends from all over North America, and they all had an amazing experience. Renee was proactive in trying to solve potential issues and was very friendly! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Charleston!

We spent a week here for our kids’ spring break and had a wonderful time! The condo was immaculate and the hosts were incredibly kind and proactive in their communications. We loved the screened patio in particular for morning coffee and afternoon reading. The area is beautiful with tons of biking trails, beach and pool access just outside the condo, and a short drive to great restaurants, shops, mini golf, and other fun spots. The beach is amazing, with the tides revealing a unique ecosystem of local sea and beach life. We saw a bald eagle on the beach, too! Highly recommend for a relaxing, fun, and family friendly stay.

Found most things to be within 15-20 mins of location with easy access to freeways. Pleasant neighborhood.. felt very safe.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Loved the view out to the ocean and all the available activities. We rented cruiser bikes and biked along the beautiful, expansive beach one day, enjoyed the pool bar and view from our balcony other days. Just a 10 minute drive to amazing parks, historical sites and restaurants - most of which we also easily biked to. The apartment was extremely well appointed, homey and easy to locate. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Kacie’s. It was a great place to be for a few days…close to the beach, safe, quiet, and clean. Kacie was extremely responsive, and we appreciated the ease of check in/out, using WiFi, and viewing her recommendations! Would stay there again!

We absolutely loved our stay, from start to finish -- and we look forward to returning! Lisa was a fantastic host, the place was charming and well-appointed, the location was breathtaking, and the entire stay couldn't have been any better. I can't speak highly enough for how clean, well-organized, beautifully decorated, and perfect the accommodations are. I highly recommend!
