Steven was the ultimate host. Condo was everything he said it was. Very clean. Steven was very responsive to questions and answered quickly. Will definitely look him up again the next time we are visiting Hilton Head.

Love the complex. It’s was spotless and everything was in walking distance barely needed my car. I would highly recommend staying there.

Awesome Host! We were very pleased with the property. The furnishings were well thought out. It was minimalist while feeling warm and inviting at the same time. It was well-maintained and the surrounding property was very nice. We felt at home in the property and area. Small convenience stores (DT, FD, DG) were all within 1-2 minutes driving and so much more anywhere from 5 minutes or more. It worked out very well for us. *It is on the second floor (we liked that), but just a heads up in case stairs are challenging for you or someone traveling with you. As a host - very responsive, great instructions and clear rules. We definitely recommend this property and host, and we would book again.

Had a great visit. Enjoyed our stay. Only one complaint the one morning the gate wasn’t opening when called and it took about 15 minutes to get inside we finally went in the exit gate when someone came out. But I do believe there was a problem with gate as others couldn’t get in either.

The condo was lovely and very close to the beach. Easy to walk over across the boardwalk. We had everything we needed. Kristin was very responsive to our questions and gave us good information. I would definitely recommend this condo for a couple.

We had a great weekend stay in this cute, clean condo in Hilton Head. Host Thomas is very responsive and the condo location was super close to the beach and easy to navigate to the RBC Heritage golf tournament. We would love to come back again!

We had a lovely stay at Steve and Jenna’s. Perfect for a family, easy access (walkable) to the beach. The location was great, the resort full of charm. We were very close to a tennis court, and the pool was easy to locate. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable, and being in a top floor end unit meant less noise from neighbors. The complex was well-maintained and the staff was really friendly. This area is away from the crowds near Coligny, but not far from all the island has to offer. Colin was great about communicating and always responded quickly to messages.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this place. It was a good, quiet location and convenient to restaurants, retail and grocery stores. Eric was quick to respond to any questions that arose.

I enjoyed my 5 day stay. It was clean and had everything I needed. The walk to beach and pool area was an easy walk not too far. I do think the mattress could use an update and be more comfortable. But overall, it was great place.

Sheena was responsive and this place is perfect for a family with small kids. The indoor pool is perfect for cooler weather. The walk to the beach was gorgeous with a great little restaurant right by the beach. There was a convenient storage garage for all of our beach supplies and they had some beach supplies available to borrow. The bed was so comfortable we slept so well each night! Sheena even allowed us to book an extra day at the last minute. Shelter Cove is a 3 min drive - groceries, restaurants, shopping - EVERYTHING! We would definitely stay here again.

We really liked this place! Check in was very easy. This unit had everything we needed! The kitchen is well stocked and updated. The washer and dryer seem brand new. The balcony was peaceful and relaxing. We loved watching the turtles and the 2 crazy geese! Upstairs are the two bedrooms, both with comfortable king beds and each with their own bathroom! Downstairs there is a half bath. We were also impressed by the resorts maintenance of the grounds. They were gardening, checking to make sure grills had propane and doing regular safety patrols. Highly recommend and we hope to return someday!

Karen was very welcoming and accommodating. Quick to respond to any question we had. Great place to crash for the Highwater Festival. Would definitely stay here again.

We had the best stay at Lecian’s place and honestly can’t say enough good things about it! Lecian was super responsive, kind, and helpful — even when we had a little trouble getting into the gate at first (totally our fault, not hers). Anne was also great and answered any quick questions we had during the week. The condo is absolutely gorgeous — even better than the photos — and the location is perfect: super private and peaceful. It’s really thoughtfully set up with everything you could possibly need, like beach chairs, towels, and even a beach wagon (which was a lifesaver with young kids!). Plus, the beds were super comfortable. This might be our favorite Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. We would recommend Lecian’s place (and Lecian as a host) to anyone without hesitation!

Very cute place with a comfortable king bed. The house was clean and we felt like it was in a safe part of town with really beautiful houses across the street. Road can be a little noisy early in the morning at the intersection, but not enough so to prevent us from staying again. We’d just bring an additional noise maker. Dogs loved the fenced in backyard and the driveway was big enough for our full sized truck and 16ft v-nose trailer. Only 8 min or so from park circle restaurants and about 15 min from the coliseum/convention center. Super convenient, cute, and comfortable. Hosts are friendly and helpful as well!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hampton House! The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Location on the water can not be beat. All the beach toys and kayaks were a bonus. Derrick was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

Very nice and convenient place, with a helpful host. Clean, airy, and it looks just like the photos. We had a very minor plumbing issue, as all places can have, and they were right on it. I would happily return.

Julie was an amazing host. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. My kids ended up sleeping with me in the King but she made up an extra bed in preparation of them coming. I found her to be very responsive, kind, generous, and helpful. Her home has two screened in spacious and comfortable porches that my family loved and my 8 yr old and 2 yr old had a blast feeding the turtles in the backyard strawberries. The house is located in the resort which has a ton of positives, even if you’re not the resort type. Our stay really felt like being in someone’s well kept home without it feeling invasive. It was just so comfortable. We truly felt at home for our week long visit. I would highly recommend a stay with Julie. She’s pretty wonderful!
