This was my maiden voyage with Airbnb and it was outstanding. I was a little awkward at first with receiving communications in a moving car and unable to remember logins and passwords, but it all worked out beautifully. Huge thanks for making our time at Hilton Head Island memorable!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Colleen’s Airbnb for our first anniversary trip! The location was perfect – exactly what we were hoping for. Everything was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made our stay so comfortable and relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our special occasion and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for to stay in Mt. Pleasant or just outside of Charleston!

Wonderful hosts and the cutest boho chic beach villa on a corner lot with the most amazing little screened in porch out front and huge yard for entertaining or just hanging out in the back. I parked the car and didn’t need to until we left because everything was in walking distance. I can’t wait until next time!

Exactly what the soul needed. I appreciate the walkability of this location and all the household amenities making my stay extremely efficient and comfortable! The well fenced in yard was also a must while traveling with my beloved dog. Absolutely would stay here again and am looking forward to my next travel into the region!

Great location, right in the heart of Bluffton! We enjoyed this spacious condo - clean, comfortable and quiet. Elevator for move-in was helpful and washer dryer was a plus. We hope to return again soon!

We had a fantastic stay, but what truly made it unforgettable were the wonderful hosts. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome—sharing great local tips and thoughtful touches like homemade banana bread that made it feel like home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The location was ideal for exploring, with plenty of places just a short walk away. We also loved seeing their friendly dogs—they brought so much joy. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

The place was perfect for our needs. Parking was an issue but that is to be expected at Folly Beach. Luckily we have friends there that allowed us to park our second vehicle with them. We enjoyed the convince of being able to walk anywhere and would definitely return. Sarah was always responsive to communication and very friendly.

Perfect for our weekend stay in Charleston! Clean, well-stocked and the local recommendations were great for first-time visitors. We’d definitely stay again!

Mrs Lori’s place is the ideal vacation rental! The short walk to access the beach is what I enjoyed the most!! I would definitely book her location again 😁

Awesome Host! We were very pleased with the property. The furnishings were well thought out. It was minimalist while feeling warm and inviting at the same time. It was well-maintained and the surrounding property was very nice. We felt at home in the property and area. Small convenience stores (DT, FD, DG) were all within 1-2 minutes driving and so much more anywhere from 5 minutes or more. It worked out very well for us. *It is on the second floor (we liked that), but just a heads up in case stairs are challenging for you or someone traveling with you. As a host - very responsive, great instructions and clear rules. We definitely recommend this property and host, and we would book again.

This town home is in a wonderful location. Ubers are available late into the night for a fairly low fare. If you drive it’s just a short drive to downtown and you pay for all day parking and walk everywhere.

We brought our dog with us and it was fantastic the place is so great the neighborhood is adorable so walkable everything from the beach, Charleston, and Daniel Island is all 10/15 min everything was fantastic and every local we met was beyond nice! Such a cute town we will definitely be back!!

We stayed in the downstairs 2 bedroom unit A. The property is located not too far North from downtown taking approx 20-30 min to walk to the historical district. There is a small convenience store a block away and a very popular bagel / coffee shop right next door. Holey Bagels. This old home has been renovated with pretty colors, the kitchen and bathroom seemed new as well as the decor. As with any old home it has its quirks but it’s part of the Charleston Charm. The amenities provided are really nice, popcorn, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods to name the basics but the attention to details like, q tips, cotton pads & ear plugs are what sets an airbnb apart and the details are all there at Rutledge Retreat. It is important to note that one of the bedrooms is on the street and can be quite noisy even at night, with the traffic stopping at the red light and the fire trucks going by, the provided earplugs came in handy.

The house was very clean, Laurie was a great host and included so many extras that someone might need. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome.

This was our second stay at Lynn’s place! It is so clean and well taken care of. It is very convenient to the beach! Lynn and her family are so kind and easy to communicate with. Would 1000% recommend!

The house, scenery, and folks were amazing! From the decor and well thought out art to the quick and kind responses from the hosts, we were beyond satisfied! Would love to stay again!

We had a very nice stay! Easy Boardwalk to the beach, what a beautiful beach! Jason was responsive and his instructions were very clear. He had a very helpful book of restaurants and things to do on the Island.

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

The location was amazing & super convenient. We found the beach stuff in one of the closets at the end of day one & it was a game changer for the rest of the stay with transporting our stuff to & from the beach. It was so relaxing & peaceful. It was also really awesome to be in the same building as the indoor pool. Awesome experience & can’t wait to come back!

The location was great. Walking distance to the beach with a shuttle if you wait for the trips. Pool was great and the condo was very clean upon arrival. Early check in option was provided to us which is fantastic. We will look for this spot again when we return to the island.

Perfect! 3 pools and right on the beach. Condo was lovely and convenient to restaurants. Great recommendations for coffee, dining, and activities. Clean and quiet. Host was very quick to answer questions. Would love to stay again! A+++

Stayed here for a relaxing weekend away with a couple of friends and we had the BEST time! The condo is perfect and it’s so convenient with the beach and pool just steps away! We had no noise disturbances or issues and I just simply cannot say enough good things about our stay here! Thank you, Ananya, for giving us the opportunity to enjoy this lovely place for the weekend!
