Fantastic 1-Bedroom Guest House with Loft

Stylish, modern, purpose built guest house. Its based in the western end of Gothenburg in Långedrag, a very nice residential area. It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Här finns fina bad, motionsspår, elljusspår, utegym, cykel- och vandringsstigar, perfekt för friluftsintresserade! Endast 15 min med bil in till centrala Göteborg. Ni bor i ett nyproducerat hus på 36 kvm med plats för 2-3 p samt egen insynsskyddad, möblerad uteplats. Kaffe, te och müsli/flingor ingår. Under högsäsongen maj-sept accepteras endast bokningar för minimum 2 personer.

Du vill ju också uppleva det vackra med Sverige. Naturen utanför knuten och varför inte simma från familjens egna brygga, kanske fiska lite eller använda dig utav bastun precis vid sjön. Stugan har egen dusch och toalett samt två rum utöver. Så kom och njut...

Calm living in Göteborg

The basement apartment, for you to rent, is a part of our house. It is close(200 m) to a bus stop and the city centre is 15 minutes away(by bus). Our house is close(800 m) to Kviberg multisport center. You can go skiing in the middle of summer in Skidome at the "Prioritet Serneke Arena". We offer a calm living in a Villa area. My family consists of me and my wife and our two cildren. Noise from children is OK for us around the clock, but it is no good for party life.- Welcome!

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Mysig lägenhet i villa med egen ingång och utsikt över trädgård och skog. Passar dig som vill bo lugnt och naturnära men samtidigt ha närheten till stan. Promenadavstånd till skog och vackra strövområden, flera badsjöar och Partille golfklubb. Medtag egna lakan och handdukar (kan hyras för 200kr/vistelse och meddelas då i förväg). Pga städning ej fungerat har vi nu återinfört en städavgift så ansvarar vi själva för städningen. Möjlighet till laddning av elbil.

This cozy tiny house is located in Utby in northeastern Gothenburg, close to the vibrant city center as well as beautiful nature. It has its own bathroom and the ability to cook simple meals. A small barbeque is available as well. The place is suitable for 1-2 people, but can accommodate more. Facing a large yard with apple and plum trees as well as berry bushes makes it the perfect getaway place all year around.
