We are situated in peaceful-welcoming village Laluri in lower Himalayas with amazing views, clean air, fresh spring water and nice neighbors. We have a mud house, mango trees and buffaloes. We live a simple life, work on the filed and chill with other villagers.
Pauri town is situation at the height of 1814 m. (approx. 5905 ft.) from sea level in Garhwal Himalayas. About 100 Kms from Rishikesh or Kotdwara, 4 hours drive by car from both the cities. Its 2 hours drive from Lansdown (hill station). Perfect place to unwind yourself from hectic city life. You can have a beautiful view of snow clad himalaya mountains and walk at nearby Pine forest. Fresh air, energising sunshine and water from local fountain recharges your energy and helps to check stress.
Pauri is a hidden treasure with one of the most beautiful sunset in Uttarakhand. The sunset at pauri occasionally manifests riot of colours with the dominating tang of fiery orange. On the clear day imposing Himalayan peaks are distinctly visible. Our farmhouse is in the amidst of the jungle with a plain stretch of 7km available for cycling. Hiking and site seeing are the main activities. There is an ancient 8th century temple dedicated to Lord Shiva.
