Everything is always so neat & tidy! We loved everything about this home! The big kitchen with the gas stove is amazing!! The kids loved playing the games and the hot tub is just icing on the cake. We loved this home! I'd definitely recommend staying at any of their places. Thank you guys for sharing your homes with us!!

April's place was great for me and my family to spend our weekend! We felt right at home and April had extra amenities not listed that helped this mamma that was traveling with children! Will definitely book again!

We've stayed in vacation rentals in St. Simons a number of times. This one was by far the best we've found. It was clean, spacious, welcoming, and comfortable. Next time we go we'll look to book here first.

We stayed at this property evacuating during hurricane Milton. Kathy was very empathetic, responsive, and kind enough to let us check in early. The property was nice and clean, very quiet and great neighbors. Would happily stay here again whenever I come back to the island!

We had a fabulous stay and hope to return for a longer stay in the future. The house was fantastic and beautifully decorated. There was a tablet with great recommendations. Access to the beach is just across the road (less than a block walking distance) and the backyard was a great retreat at the end of the day. This is one of the best AirB&B’s we’ve stayed at…I can’t recommend it highly enough

We had a great stay in St Simon’s. The house is close the village and easy to walk to the beach. Our kids had a great time in the pool and the house is very spacious.

We loved the covered porch and tons of fenced yard for our dog. The kitchen was well equipped and the descriptions for the house were all very accurate. My husband was able to run meetings with the excellent internet too! Would happily stay again :)

Wonderful place! Had everything we needed. Very close to the beach. Perfectly decorated and super comfortable bed in the main bedroom! We definitely enjoyed our stay!

This was a lovely apartment for us while we toured St Simons and Jekyll islands. Only a 10-15 minute drive from each. It had everything we needed and is in a very quiet historic district. Many beautiful homes and a good deli nearby. We didn’t spend much time here, but it was a cosy retreat after busy days. The bed is very comfortable, a bit firm how we like it. Shelley was very helpful and there is a lot of good info inside on things to see and do and places to eat. Very happy with our stay.

Nice quiet little place. Had more than what we needed for 4 days. Info was great and she left funny notes that made us laugh when we got there. This helped with any awkwardness of being in a B&B. Thank you Virginia Mary!

I loved staying here! It’s was easy to find, clean and well kept, good vibe, perfect for one person or a couple looking to get away. I had never been to St Simons and I was so happy with my choice to stay here! It was very convenient and walkable to shops and gorgeous areas as well as the beaches. This location was perfect for us. It's just 15 minutes from both Jeckyll & St. Simon's Islands. Pet friendly & clean. Its located in a cute historical district with some beautiful old colonial house around the corner. The yellow deli was adorable! We had breakfast there & also ordered out one night. It's just 3 walking blocks away. Would stay again if ever in the area again. Donna was great, very responsive. Thank you

We loved our quick stay at Abigail's place. She was very welcoming and helpful. the apartment was clean and comfy. Next time we're in the area, we'll try to stay at Abigail's!

Sue's place was great. Very quiet and close to Amelia island. Sue was very responsive to questions.

The perfect place for the two of us and our dog! Location cannot be beat; we loved walking to the beach and the nearby shops and cafe. The beds were also unbelievably comfortable, and the space felt really cozy. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious and perfect for our trip with another family. The two toddlers had a great time running around, and we didn’t have to worry because it was very kid friendly. It was about a five minute walk to the beach, and the provided beach supplies were a great perk of the listing! It was awesome to have access to a beach wagon to carry all of our stuff. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

I had a fantastic experience. The host was very welcoming and communication with them was easy. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient and close to everything I needed. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy and affordable place to stay. This condo is perfection. Everything seems brand new. It looks exactly like the pictures, immaculately clean, 2 jacuzzi tubs, a clean kitchen plus a kitchenette for the second bedroom and 2 washer/dryers! The walk to the private Omni beach access is only a half mile and is lovely. It’s a ground floor so we were able to walk our pup outside easily. The tennis courts are nearby providing more paths to walk & the courts are not noisy, the condo must have good sound blocking because we never heard them. We were there in February so we didn’t go in the pool but it was lovely to sit by in the Florida sunshine. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The living room TV is enormous and provided all of our channels and streaming apps. The security gate was ready when we arrived and the check in was easy. The code was provided and the door lock worked easily for our self check in. We loved staying at the property as we love to bike . The trails are right there

The folks at First Coast did an excellent job in setting up last minute accommodations for us. The unit we rented was perfect. It was clean and well stocked. Communication was easy, although there was really nothing we needed that wasn’t already there. Would definitely rent from First Coast again.

Gorgeous condo with breathtaking views! Accommodations spacious, well equipped, beautiful, comfortable, and luxurious. We biked to restaurants, pickleball, putt putt, and around the island. Enjoyed the restaurants suggested by Michelle as well as use of the outdoor grills. Lovely pool and beach.

Not your typical “beach house” but that’s what I loved about this hidden gem! We absolutely loved staying here. Everything was great & the apartment was like a museum all on its own! Everywhere you look was something new & fun! I think my favorite is the mini brands hidden in the cabinets!! Communication was great! My pup even enjoyed the sweet neighbors! Definitely would love staying here again!

Close to the beach and quiet location

Unit was clean, kitchen and bathrooms were updated and clean, beds/linens very nice. Location very convenient to the pool and tennis court.
