Sandy Beach, Puerto Peñasco: aluguel por temporada com lavadora e secadora

El lugar es ideal para unas vacaciones familiares sobretodo si tienen niños pequeños, ya que se la pasan súper bien en las albercas. El lugar es muy tranquilo y seguro. De fácil acceso, hay muchos lugares donde comer y Walmart se encuentra a la vuelta. El condo es muy espacioso, el area social es muy amplia, en las fotos no se logra apreciar muy bien. Las recámaras muy cómodas, todos descansamos súper bien porque no hay ruido en la noche. El único fallo fue el jacuzzi, no estaba en servicio por una falla y la pieza no había llegado, el personal fue muy atento y se disculpó. Por todo lo demás fue una estancia muy relajante y agradable.

The property was comfortable, clean, and perfect for a quick beach getaway. Beach was relaxing. The rooftop pool/spa/bar area was amazing.

10/10 great location, within walking distance of the pools. The place was really clean. Safe community with a security guard at the entrance. Overall, it was a great place to stay. I will definitely be back soon.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment complex was gated, peaceful and well taken care of. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and neat. We will definitely book again.

The apartment is in a perfect location. It is just a few blocks from a lot of good restaurants such as La Curva, Ole Mole, Pollos Lucas, Avocato Cocina Creativa, Cocina Express and Cheiky's Pizza. I also did a lot of my cooking and Fruteria Sinaloa is great store for fresh vegetables and many other items. Super Ley is also handy for a more typical corporate super market. Tortilleria Mia has the best fresh yellow corn tortillas. Joaquin was out of town when I visited, but Karina, who lives next door, checked me in and was super nice and helpful. The wifi was fast and I was able to stream all U.S. NFL games with a VPN enabled Firestick that I brought with me. Penasco is a great bicycle town in the cooler winter months and I never used my car the whole 28 days I was there. Easy ride to anywhere, including the Malecon or Sandy Beach. Having the secure, remote controlled, gated garage for my car was a definite bonus.

Everything about our experience was perfect. The owner gave us clear/easy directions where to find the unit, building, check in process, and guest expectations. Also the pool and the beach were clean, safe , and private. It was the perfect beach gateway with a mix of a private experience for those that need a space for peace and quiet. The restaurant on the property is was delicious and the neighbors were respectful. This particular property is perfect for those that want a private experience or ones that need to explore, which is just minutes away from a downtown area. Overall the trip at this unit was an enjoyable one and perfect for an experienced traveler or a first time trip.

Nice and modern home in Las Conchas. Close to the beach. I was unable to make the garage work, but no issue as there is plenty of parking. Claudia was a good host and responsive

This is my second time staying at this place. When I’m in Puerto Penasco I only look to renting from one of Omar’s beautiful properties. I trust that I will get awesome customer service and the place will be as described (usually even better in person). This time I was in town for my wedding and was extremely stressed out from having to switch Airbnb (from Omar’s place to another rental with my wedding venue) and not have a place to store all my things in between. Omar was so accommodating and found a solution. I was so grateful! Las Conchas is a beautiful area and this place has beautiful view and super peaceful. I would stay here a third time. Thanks Omar!

This was the perfect place for our group. Somehow it looks even better in person than the photos. Karla was an amazing host, very responsive with great recommendations and help - her host at the property, Luis, was also incredible. Great access to the beach, restaurant, gym, beach volleyball, and private pool! We would absolutely return! The area was very safe, with easy access into town. The resort also had a front desk which helped us organize taxis into town for 16. This place was the perfect combination of resort and airbnb holidaying. Thank you Karla!

The photographs does not do this place justice. One block from the beach. Everything you could possibly want in a five bedroom home was there. The company who had the keys were very, very easy to work with. Will definitely stay here again.

Sin duda me volvería a quedar aquí cuando vaya a peñasco, el lugar me pareció muy bien, Fernando es súper acceso y siempre está atento y respondiendo mensajes muy amable, todo me pareció adecuado, lo único es que no tiene estacionamiento propio pero hay suficiente espacio para dejar los carros afuera y fue seguro, mi familia y yo íbamos en tres carros y no tuvimos problemas con déjarlos frente a la casa en la calle, en fin, disfrute mi estancia aquí !

David’s condo was just as described, very clean, and provided a comfortable space with access to a great private beach. Highly recommend the place and I would stay again.

This condo is awesome. The balcony sets up for a great sunset. The property itself is very nice and upscale.

We had an amazing stay , and the space couldn’t have been better! Super comfortable with a gorgeous view, and las Paloma’s was such a pretty resort to stay at!! Heather & Greg were super responsive with any questions that arose which we really appreciated!!

highly recommend to stay here! I have stayed here before and will continue to come back here when I stay in Rocky Point! The first floor is so convenient to get out to the pool and beach, while maintaining amazing views from the patio. Rigo is a great host - any time you reach out he responds quickly and takes care of whatever you need!
