Howdy! Our beach Vacation Condo is on the North Padre Island, the safest place in Corpus Christi. A king bedroom suite and a bonus Loft with queen bed. Overlooking the marina, pool, and wide canal view. Upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Two couch beds in the living room so sleep 6 total. Fishing docks and two swimming pools (one outside by the marina and a second heated indoor pool). Bring your water toys, fishing gear, and have fun! Walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and shopping.

Furthermore, it is very close to Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington, Texas A&M, the Navy Base, walking trails, and beautiful beaches.

It is boat friendly with a private pier with lights. A game room above the boathouse provides indoor fun with shuffleboard, pool, and foosball tables along with the second bath. You’ll love my place because of the views, location, and coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, bird watchers, and families (with kids).

Originally a working Cobbler's Barn in the 1930's and then fully remodeled and converted in 2021. Now the space is modern but still retaining the original character and charm. Features AC, very comfy queen bed, fully functional kitchen with stovetop burners, microwave, small oven, and a mini fridge. Bathroom with beautiful large vanity lights and well lit shower.
