As Kelly noted before the rental, the pools are not in use due to hurricane damage, but who needs a pool when the beach is right there! We had great weather and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We liked that it is north of downtown Daytona Beach and a bit quieter and less congested.

Beautiful, quiet cottage overlooking a gorgeous garden area! Wonderful location near everything in NSB but tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

Overall we had an amazing stay, being so close to the beach is really nice. You can see the water from the deck and is an amazing space to spend time. Would definitely stay again.

Maribell couldn’t have been a better host. Perfect location, adorable cottage, quiet neighborhood.

La casa es acogedora, rodeada de vegetación, con un clima delicioso y un vecindario muy tranquilo y agradable. Se nota el amor que Holly pone en recibir a sus huéspedes, y eso hizo toda la diferencia. ¡Mil gracias, Holly! Nos vamos con el corazón lleno y con muchas ganas de volver pronto.

Ron's studio guesthouse was perfect for our needs! It was a home away from home, of sorts. Extremely clean (my top priority) and comfy bed (although it does squeak when you turn over but it is extremely comfortable other than that), and designed in such an inviting and warm way. We enjoyed the recliners for watching TV at night together. They were so comfy and in perfect condition! Easy to get luggage in and out. The a/c works great although it does have a kind of motor sound we noticed when sleeping. I sleep with earplugs and it didn't bother us, just something to be aware. Light does get in the door windows amazingly. Some darkening shades might be helpful. For not having windows (except the large door panels I believe which do have blinds integrated so privacy is not an issue, you don't feel boxed in at all!) It feels cozy and airy and flooded with light. Nice touches like snacks and detailed info. Ronnie is super responsive and overall we had an amazing stay! Would come back!

This place was perfect for my husband and I! It was very easy to get around to any and all the shops we wanted. Check-in was very easy and the condo was very clean! We loved using the chairs provided for the beach. I would highly recommend this place to any couple looking for a relaxing weekend away!

Debbie always helped with questions I had. She went above and beyond and helped with some requests I had. We were very comfortable in their home and found everythig we needed. 10/10 recommend and would love to return on our next Daytona trip!
