The house is build from an ancient cave, behind Santa Maria La Nova main church. Ristrutturata nel 2010, accogliente, immersa in una campagna ridente. Vicinissima a un ruscello dove ci si può rinfrescare e rilassare. A pochi chilometri dal mare e da Noto città. Perfetta per esplorare la zona del Val di Noto.

Siamo in pieno centro storico. Casa indipendente, con spettacolare vista panoramica(circa 90 gradini per arrivare, tipici a Modica), luminosa e arredata con cura. Terrazzino, living con divano, cucina a vista e tavolo da pranzo. Due camere da letto, una con un grande letto(tatami con futon) e vista stupenda, l'altra più piccola (tatami con futon)e una finestra alta. Due bagni con spaziose docce. WIFI free, aria condizionata, lavanderia. Vicina a caffè, ristoranti, mercato, negozi di alimentari.

La Bellaria di Sicilia was an old stone barn, and now is a comfortable country home. It is surrounded by fields of carrob and olive trees, with glimpses of the sea, which is just a few minutes away. The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).
