Great place to stay, very clean and cozy!

Walk in to this rental and you have everything you need and more! Lin, Russell and their two dogs were very friendly, nice and welcoming. The surroundings inside and out are beautiful and relaxing. My two dogs enjoyed the large fenced in backyard, seeing the chickens as well as the horses across the street too. All around, this place was a perfect rental for me and close to watch my niece play softball at North Greenville University, which was only 15 minutes away. I would definitely rent again!

Great apartment just north of downtown Greenville. Placed in the Stone Avenue corridor with walkable restaurants. Walkable to downtown too.

We enjoyed our stay at the mint house. This was a perfect spot to visit our family. We never used our car as everything was within walking distance. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area with comfortable seating and the patio area off the living was a quiet spot to enjoy coffee and read.

Our stay at Sarah's place was great. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was close to where we needed to be. There were thoughtful touches all around the house that made things easy. We didn't love the neighborhood, but even so, it was a pleasant stay and we would recommend booking this place.

Jimmy’s place had a large bedroom and kitchen/family room. Furniture was comfortable and clean. Kitchen had accessories for basic food preparation, coffee pot and microwave oven. There is parking available behind the house and the nearby historic neighborhood was great for walking our golden retriever. This is an older historic home and the bathroom is tight and could use an update but very functional for our stay. The place is spacious, comfortable and a great value.

Thank you for letting us stay at your place. We had everything that we needed and felt like we were at our own home. Carlton has everything in order to fix your own meals and there are many great places nearby to eat as well, we had Olive Branch (Greek) one evening and it was delicious. We hope you are available when we visit the area again, since we are originally from the area. Thanks again and blessings to you and your fam.

We had a wonderful stay at the Tannery House during our weekend trip to Brevard! The home was spotless and very nicely renovated, all while keeping its historical charm! Michelle goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you might need during your stay. We traveled with our 5-month-old and the home was stocked with baby gear, toys, and books. The house inside is truly fabulous. Well decorated, modern and comfy. The surrounding neighborhood and even the landscape of this house will feel "sketchy". My sense is Annette invested on the inside of the home (she did a fantastic job, it truly is modern comfort at its best) and will invest again on the landscaping later. A 12 minute UBER drive to downtown where you'll find some brilliant restaurants (Juniper, Camp etc). The vibe downtown is very cool and you're minutes away. One of the things that I found wonderful? Is the care and thought put into supplies for the kitchen. It's one of the only bnb's that had stock of coffee, tea, creamers and cooking supplies like olive oil etc. The whole inside of the house was new, clean and fresh. Definitely recommend with a 5 stars.

We had a great weekend at this lovely lake house. Multiple outdoor areas to enjoy the water and the view! Loved the property and all it had to offer. Curt was a great host, as well!

Malinda's place was perfect for our 4 generation, family weekend. We each had our own comfortable space to retire to at night and the living area and loft were perfect for being together and enjoying each other's company. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with, coffee, dishes, utensils, pots and pans and electronic appliances, which made it easy to prepare meals. Malinda's place was very clean. Every room was spotless and smelled fresh. Each bathroom had fresh linens, shower gel and shampoo and conditioner as well as cotton balls, cotton round and q-tips on each vanity. The home is located in a quiet well maintained neighborhood and is not far from shopping and restaurants. When messaging with Malinda, she was always very prompt in responding and answered in a helpful and friendly way. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Malinda's lovely place and would definitely stay here again for future visits to the Charlotte area.❤️

Excellent location central & walkable to everything good downtown. Place was easy find & well lit up to the entry door. There are lots of garages (with EV chargers) in immediate proximity so parking & charging shouldn't be an issue. Room wonderfully comfortable with amazing bed/pillows. Water pressure in shower was great, and place was spotless. If you're a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs, host has excellent whitenoise machine by window if some noise doesn't bother. That's the cost of being near such a lively area. We'll definitely book again when needing accommodations in the area.

We had a great time for a quick stay in Greenville and would definitely choose this place in the future as well.

We stayed for a few days for a girls trip and had a great time at this location! It’s right in the city and close by to lots of restaurants downtown. The B-Team was very friendly and responsive, and we enjoyed being hosted by them.
