It was an excellent stay . We picked a weekend where the weather was terrible but the house was comfortable enough to stay in and enjoy the house despite the weather . Christopher was very sweet and helpful. Answered the phone every time I called with no hesitation. Overall 10/10

I stayed here for a couple of weeks for work. The place is as described, very clean and furniture seems brand new, and the kitchen is well supplied for longer stays. A/C works well, which is very useful since temperatures hit over 100 degrees daily. Very easy access to shops and the highway since it's a 5-10 minutes drive to west Little Rock. Overall a good place to stay!

We enjoyed another great stay at Dennis’s place! We enjoyed the upgraded hot tub and noticed the new bigger flat screen TV. As always Dennis was quick to respond to any request or concern. He is very personable and friendly as we ran into him coming in the first night and he quickly asked if we needed anything. Keep in mind there is no thermostat but a quick message to Dennis and he’ll adjust it for you. And the stairs/driveway going down are a bit of trek if you’re an older person. Overall it’s a beautiful quiet well kept area that makes for a wonderful little get a way. We definitely would stay again!

Enjoyed our stay at Kim’s place. Right on the water, very peaceful and tranquil. Close to golf and the Balboa beach and marina. Would definitely stay again.

Very quiet private location

We spent 3 weeks at Kit’s rental with views of Lake Desoto and had a fabulous trip! The Host’s communication was thorough and prompt. We appreciated the weather / icy road updates as well as recommendations for things to do in HSV and the surrounding area. The location by the Lake was quiet and i side it felt like home right away. It was very well maintained, clean and clear of clutter. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The deck overlooked a tall tree forested area which was great for bird watching and views of the lake. The grill and hammocks were a great touch. After 5 years of renting different places we plan to return here every year!

Matcha house is a lovely older home that has been well done in an updated style that maintains its charm. The neighborhood is quiet, a few blocks from the downtown bustle of activities. Kathleen was very polite, gave plenty of local tips and responded quickly to our questions and needs. I would highly recommend to a couple or small family looking to enjoy the Hot Springs area.

The house was peaceful and matched Sal’s description. Sal was very responsive throughout our stay. Everything was clean, there were plenty of linens & towels, and we had abundant space for a larger group. My friends and I all enjoyed our weekend trip here.

Loved everything! Clean, spacious, & relaxing. We were super comfortable in this home & felt safe in this amazing quiet neighborhood that’s absolutely beautiful. Amazing area!!! Had all the things we needed to make our stay great. VERY steep walk up & down to the lake but that was expected. 25 to 30 minutes away from the downtown tourist attractions ..would definitely come back :)

The house was very big and had great views from the deck. It had enough rooms and beds for our family and friends. Kids really enjoyed the game room and the deck. Jennifer was very responsive and proactive. Thank you.

Paradise on the Green - was everything we hoped it would be. Beautiful quiet setting with wonderful beds and private baths, extremely clean and fully equipped with everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The water and golf course view from the deck is gorgeous and the perfect place for morning coffee. We have stayed at numerous Airbnb's and VRB's, and I can truly say, Shannon and Andy were the most responsive and communicative hosts we've had. There was a little road construction starting on their street, so they contacted us prior to us arriving to make sure we were okay with a little extra noise, etc. We only heard and saw construction for 1 day and it didn't impede any of our travel time or enjoying their beautiful home. Paradise on the Green is a perfect place for a family or 2-3 couples. Plenty of room to spread out and have their own space. We definitely recommend and can't wait until we can come again.
