This unique & tranquil studio is situated amongst the palm trees with a spectacular view of Hull Bay that’s a short 10 minute walk & 15 minute drive to Magen’s Bay! Features a queen bed, kitchenette, AC & full bathroom located off the outdoor deck. Deck features outdoor couches & dining area. Parking is located at the bottom of the road. Please be advised, the road is somewhat steep, but it's just a short walk up the hill to the private gated entry. Private staircase leads to front entryway.

When venturing out you are 20 mins to Magen’s Bay Beach, 15 mins to Town, 30 mins to Red Hook. Note: The hosts live on property with 2 dogs and this cottage is adult only 18 or older.

It is located above the Marriot and is convenient to town and beaches. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, fridge and microwave. The studio has been recently renovated with new furnishings.
