My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! The only thing that was a bit of an issue was there only being 2 forks and the neighbors were very loud around 3AM.

This is our second time staying here! The home is easy to find, easy to park and so spacious! We were in town to run a race so we actually didn't get a chance to spend much time there but the snacks were so appreciated! I was also grateful that there were other options for sleeping. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and it was pretty squeaky so any movement from either partner kept us up and I needed a little more support after a long run so I moved to the futon in the other room and slept like a rock in there! The shower is incredible! I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking to come to the area but not wanting to stay in the middle of the city!

Lynel was the perfect host. She is both professional and personable. The unit was spotless and completely well-appointed. Our stay was more than we had hoped for. I would recommend both this property and Lynel to anyone.

The place was great, really close to lots of stuff to do. Right near the Minneapolis Institute of Art which is free and a lot of fun. Beautiful location!! It was easy to get ahold of our hosts.

We had a fantastic stay in Minneapolis! The space was clean, cozy, and had such a warm, homey vibe — it immediately felt like a place to relax and unwind. The beds were super comfortable, and we slept great. Our host, Andy, was incredibly accommodating and kind, especially with our late check-in, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. You can tell care was put into making this a welcoming space. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Nice place to stay while in the cities nice view, was very convenient for my stay. Nice neighborhood close to gas station and other stores fair price for what is provided and good communication from host, I would recommend this Airbnb.

We thoroughly enjoyed the home, very clean, liked that we could walk to the coffee shop and cafe. We did not walk to the downtown due to the steep hill, we took the car.

Katherine's place is good value for the space. There were 5 of us there for much of the stay and there was ample hangout, sleeping and work space. The neighborhood felt very safe. The home is pet friendly, which is to say it is a lived in and comfortable older home and not a brand new state of the art sparkling everything place. The Five stars are deserved on value and a responsive host interested in a positive guest experience. We would stay here again without hesitation

We enjoyed staying at Tamara's because it allowed a convenient and comfortable place for our family to meet with restaurants and shopping easy to walk to. It has everything we needed!

We had a lovely weekend! The place was cozy and clean, and the location was fantastic. The area around had lots to do, gorgeous neighborhood for walks with pups if your dog is joining. Would recommend!

This place was perfect for my family and parents while we were in town visiting my son who attends the university. We would stay again!

The host was responsive and welcoming to us and our four dogs. We had questions about parking and securely locking the door to the property behind us. She was quick to respond in both cases and our questions were answered. I would recommend this property to others. It was convenient to us as we visited family and friends Minneapolis.

A very nice place for a long term stay.

We go up to Bayfield for a long weekend every fall and always stay at Bayfield on the Lake. This was our first time renting this unit, but we had a great time with great accommodations as usual. There was more than enough space for our family of 4 and the key code access was super convenient. Matthew was super proactive with all communication, so I never had to reach out with questions or concerns. The only negative all weekend was either not seeing or knowing ahead of time that coffee isn’t provided, but that was easily resolved with a quick trip to the grocery store. My husband was also somewhat disappointed by the small 4-5 pot coffeemaker, but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall, it was another fantastic weekend in Bayfield!

I brought my son and his friends to a concert this past weekend, and Jason’s place was perfect for us. He was so friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. We will certainly be a regular moving forward. Thank you for making this weekend even more memorable! We HIGHLY recommend!

Easy check in, plenty of on street parking, a lot of local places within walkable distances. Quieter than I expected, especially being street level. Comfortable all around.

The unit was exactly as described: very quiet, cozy, artfully decorated and neat as a pin. Others have reported it as chilly, but we never needed to use the provided heater, and it was perfect for sleeping in a very comfortable bed. We walked to - a delicious and eclectic restaurant that includes many vegan options, which my daughters appreciated, - the Midtown Global Market, a fun place to shop, - and the Greenway biking/hiking trail. I've never been on an urban bike path and was very impressed and appreciated the opportunity to see the city from a unique perspective. We stayed for three nights and never had trouble parking on the street in front of the house. As indicated in the listing, there's no stove/oven or TV, but for our purposes the toaster oven and microwave were more than sufficient and we had a laptop to stream if we'd needed to, so no big shakes. We would definitely recommend this unit and we hope to have the opportunity to stay there again.

If I could give this place 10 out of 5 stars I would! This is the second time I have stayed at Kathryn and Bob’s place, and I have thoroughly enjoyed both stays. Kathryn is a tremendously thoughtful hostess, providing everything a guest could need; ensuring a clean, comfortable place; and offering helpful recommendations of things to do and places to explore locally. It is a true delight to stay here!

I loved Linda's place. I needed a home base to hike the Ice Age Trail. October is the perfect time and Linda's place is the perfect base. The Trail passes right in front of the resort. I enjoyed the pool and the hot tub after a long day of hiking. There are some great local restaurants. I will stay again.
