Moana’s place is amazing! I’m totally satisfied with my stay.

We had a great time at Binhs place! Excellent communication throughout the entire stay was a plus. We wanted softer pillows which we got instantly! The lady downstairs is the sweetest. The room is very spacious and has all you need. Noisy builders next door but nothing they can control. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.

It actually felt like I am at my home in India. Everything was so easily accessible and commute is also very convenient. Will definately visit again.

This is the third time I book Ms. Ly house. Although she was not at home because of business reason, she still gave me instructive information when she was away. She wished me luck in my job interview and many other things. I am appreciated that I have known her, I will definitely book her house for other occasion or recommend to other friends!

We stayed at I@Homes for almost 2.5 months. Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed. We were provided with extra tablet and kitchen utilities. Surii helped us with everything and assisted us whenever needed like washing clothes, grab food, etc. The location is very peaceful and very very near to District 1. It was convenient to move in and out of the building 24x7. The location has many restaurants, coffe shops and grocery stores. It's a perfect place for someone looking for a short term or a long-term accomodation.

The private house is in the heart of the city and very affordable. Nhu handled check-in and check-out quickly and had the AC on when we arrived. It has three bedrooms—two larger ones by the street were super noisy, so I couldn’t sleep late in the morning. The third-floor room inside was the best. The host should fix the soundproofing. Overall, we were really satisfied.

Großartige Unterkunft, ruhig und sehr schon eingerichtet; man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Es ist alles sehr sauber und praktisch gestaltet. Perfekter Rückzugsort trotz der ziemlich zentralen Lage, es ist im Haus herrlich ruhig und gemütlich. Die Gastgeberin reagiert schnell und freundlich auf Nachrichten. Wir konnten unser Gepäck schon vor dem Check-in in der Unterkunft abstellen und kostenlos später aus checken. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt brauchen kann. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Die Lage von dem Apartment ist super und die Kommunikation war sehr einfach. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Mr Kim’s place was perfect for what we needed. We felt very secure coming in and out of the building. It was close to walking street nightlife. It was the best basic stay we could have asked for!

If I could only leave 6 stars. The place was beyond my expectations and even better in person than the photos. It was nicest and cleanest place I stayed in while travelling Vietnam for 4 weeks. The hosts are proactive and go out of their way to endure you're comfortable and happy. I don't have a single negative thing to say about the place and will definitely stay again when I return to Ho Chi Minh. Thank you.

Vị trí nhà là tầng 2&3 căn shophouse thuộc dự án Novaworld Phan Thiết. Trong nhà được trang bị đầy đủ tiện nghi và các thiết bị còn khá mới. Nhà được bố trí hợp lý, rộng rãi phù hợp với gia đình hoặc nhóm bạn. Chủ nhà và quản gia thân thiện, giải đáp thắc mắc khá nhanh.

It is really good place. Even though it needs to walk up hill, the distance is walkable. The place is near the fisher village, restaurant and cafe. The host is very responsive and give lots of information. In short, just booked.

Tracy was helpful and understanding. Also very responsive and very attending to our needs. Nearby the house are great food all within walkable distance. Will stay here again if coming in groups.
