"The Apartment" was fantastic for our month stay while our house was having work done. We loved that we could walk to many restaurants and had easy access to highway 80. The place felt much larger in person than it looked from the photos. Heating worked very well and the entire place was very cozy, and stocked well with things like tea and coffee, toilet paper, etc. Negatives as has been stated in other reviews, is that it upstairs on a busy road and can be quite loud at times, especially on the weekends and during trash pick-up and food deliveries for the restaurants across the street. This was not too big a deal for us and the location made those offsets not worth quibbling over. Only other small issue is the parking as there is no designated spot, but for most with stays of just a few nights, this wouldn't be an issue. I would not hesitate to recommending booking this place for your next stay in Auburn. Fantastic location, with a lot of space, and nice amenities.

The place was small, but has everything you need. the shower was great, and the bed was very comfortable.

Convenient location right next to Golden 1. The building is secure and safe, which is what we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our group. There was plenty of space and plenty to do! Very beautiful house and yard. Everything was clean and easy to find. We definitely want to come back and stay in the future!

Excellent clean and spacious property in a quiet residential location. Enjoyed watching the Soccer and Rugby on the big screen. Also really enjoyed seeing the Wild Turkeys roaming at the end of the street in the mornings!

Such a great find! very comfortable, great beds and bathrooms. we had some trouble with the wifi, which turned out to be our fault, but Theo responded right away to help fix it and did what they could! Super simple check in and check out, keyless entry. Wish we could have stayed extra days and used the kitchen proper!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to local eateries and grocery store. We loved the home’s layout because it was roomy and accommodated our family comfortably, and we especially appreciated that a group could be in the kitchen cooking while not missing out on conversations going in in the living room. The beds and couch were spacious and comfortable. The house itself is located in close enough proximity to Sacramento State that it’s under a two mile walk if you want to enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery, or a quick five minute drive if you need to go back and forth for on campus activities. Our family really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to booking again in the future!

Awesome stay and great host

I was in town for a basketball tournament at the Grounds and found this place to be close to the event. The house was easy to find with clear instructions and was able to pull my car in the garage. The house was spotless and smelled new. The linens and pillows all looked brand new and smelled and felt so clean. The air conditioning and heating we’re both amazing with great airflow, even in the bathrooms. The washer and dryer worked excellent, which is important with athletes. We used everything, the coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher all the TVs great shower pressure. All the beds were extremely comfortable as well. The grocery store was practically across the street and the sports facility was maybe 12 minutes away. I will definitely be staying here again.

As always, very clean and homie. I arrived early and was allowed to check in. Very kind. Thank you.
