Nesta atividade, com duração aproximada de 3 a 4 horas, seguiremos os passos do Pastor e do seu rebanho, procurando os pastos mais verdes. Faça parte do dia de trabalho do Pastor, ouça as suas histórias e entre em comunhão com a natureza - cheire, ouça, sinta e prove. No final da experiência, ao chegar ao local de pastoreio, compartilharemos com ele uma pequena refeição. IMPORTANTE: Dependendo das condições meteorológicas, da disponibilidade do pastor, das condições particulares do rebanho e das características do grupo, podemos alterar o plano, o horário ou cancelar o evento. Nesse caso, asseguraremos a comunicação atempada aos participantes e apresentaremos uma data / hora alternativa. Outras observações Seguros de atividade para todos os participantes. O transporte para o ponto de partida deve ser fornecido pelo participante.

Nesta atividade, que dura de 2 a 3 horas, provaremos alguns dos queijos da Serra da Estrela. Ao anoitecer, na Casa Cerro da Correia, mesmo em frente ao Vale do Glaciário do rio Zêzere, provaremos uma especial selecção de queijos de ovelha e cabra da Serra da Estrela. Escolhemos para esta ocasião alguns vinhos da região, influenciado pela meteorologia, geologia e água, muito semelhantes aos que condicionam a produção de leite que é a base desses queijos. Outras observações Está incluído um seguro de atividade para cada participante. O transporte para o local deve ser providenciado pelos participantes.

First things first. You got to understand how it all starts! We will start by telling you about us - how it all started and what we are up to. Afterward, you will learn in a condensed way about viticulture, the autochthonous grape varietals of Vinho Verde region, and much more. Then, we move to the winery to show the step-by-step process of how we make our wines and how we handcraft them. Lastly, the most crucial aspect of your visit: wine tasting with a board of cheeses and charcuteries. This part of the experience is done inside the winery, where all the magic happens. Vamos explorar juntos um Marco Histórico da Região Demarcada do Douro , a mais antiga do mundo, orgulhosamente situado na nossa propriedade. Observarão as características típicas da região: patamares, muros de xisto e oliveiras, tudo isso enquadrado pela majestosa Serra do Marão. A visita continua na nossa adega tradicional, onde revelaremos os segredos da vinificação antiga em lagares de pedra, os túneis onde o vinho era armazenado e como hoje em dia produzimos os nossos vinhos artesanais e naturais, mantendo a essência e a autenticidade de sempre. E o ponto alto da experiência será o almoço, uma degustação da exuberante gastronomia portuguesa, preparada por nós com todo o carinho. Encontro no Cais de Escamarão para embarque no nosso Pontoon Boat de nome América com capacidade para 11 Pax e assim dar o inicio a nossa viagem que irá durar cerca de 2 horas. Saindo do cais do Escamarão, iremos navegar nas aguas calmas do Rio Douro confortavelmente e com toda a tranquilidade que este rio nos oferece, iremos avistar a praia de Bitetos em Alpendorada, de seguida vamos descer o Douro em direção as três pontes de Entre-Os-Rios entre o Douro e o Tâmega avistando o anjo de Portugal e o seu monumento para de seguida atracarmos, para uma breve visita, na nossa já famosa "Ilha dos Amores" junto a praia do Castelo em Fornos - Castelo de Paiva, seguidamente iremos continuar a nossa navegação no já famoso Rio Paiva, o mais belo rio de Portugal e um dos mais puros da Europa, com as suas aguas límpidas e cristalinas, iremos fazer uma breve paragem junto a uma pequena ilha de nome "Caneiros" para desfrutar de uns refrescantes mergulhos para os mais atrevidos ou aproveitar para simplesmente admirar em silencio todo este soberbo habitat natural de beleza incomparável. Após uns bons banhos no Rio Paiva, retomaremos viagem de regresso ao nosso ponto de partida em escamarão para dar por terminado os nossos serviços. As we explore the farm's seasonal fruits, vegetables, aromatic herbs, and edible flowers, I'll share my passion for organic farming, which has been honed over three decades of dedicated work. To toast to the farm's bounty, we'll enjoy a glass of our very own green wine, made with love and care from the vineyards on our farm. Then, it's time to roll up our sleeves and get cooking! Together, we'll prepare a three-course traditional Portuguese meal, with your choice of fish, meat (from our farm) or vegetarian. Throughout the cooking class, I'll share the wisdom passed down from my beloved grandmother, who instilled in me a deep appreciation for Portuguese cuisine and the simple joys of life. Finally we will sit down to enjoy our home-made feast together! Encontro no Cais fluvial de Escamarão em Souselo - Cinfães para embarque no nosso Pontoon Boat de nome "AquaDouro" com capacidade para 14 Pax e assim dar o inicio a nossa viagem que irá durar cerca de 1 hora. Saindo do cais do Escamarão iremos navegar nas aguas calmas do Rio Douro confortavelmente e com toda a tranquilidade que este rio nos oferece, iremos avistar a praia e o cais de Bitetos, de seguida vamos descer o Rio Douro e atracar para uma breve visita, na nossa já famosa "Ilha dos Amores" junto a praia do Castelo em Fornos - Castelo de Paiva, seguidamente iremos continuar a nossa navegação no famoso Rio Paiva, o mais belo rio de Portugal, com as suas aguas límpidas e cristalinas, considerado um dos rios menos poluídos da Europa. Iremos fazer uma breve paragem junto a uma pequena ilha de nome "Caneiros" para desfrutar de uns refrescantes mergulhos para os mais atrevidos ou aproveitar para simplesmente admirar em silencio todo este soberbo habitat natural de beleza incomparável. Após uns bons banhos no Rio Paiva e após contemplar toda esta natureza praticamente intacta, retomaremos viagem de regresso ao nosso ponto de partida no cais fluvial de Escamarão para dar por terminado os nossos serviços.
