Learn how to make the typically "French Croissant", the "Pain au chocolat" & the "Pain au raisin" :-) During this interactive cooking lesson, you will be hands-on in the kitchen and, equipped with an apron and all the utensils you need, you will learn how to make the "French Croissant" the "Pain au chocolat" & the "Pain au raisin"! You will be in control of your creations from start to finish, from the moment you lay eyes on the recipe for the first time to the moment you take your creation out of the oven. Since this day, many pastry chefs had and continue to have fun with this recipe, like Pierre Hermé or Cédric Grolet. Today, you can come and learn how to bake your 2020 version macarons ! During this interactive cooking lesson, you will be hands-on in the kitchen. Equipped with an apron and all the utensils you need, you will learn how to make your own macarons step by step, also picking the flavour of your choice ! You will be in control of your creations from start to finish, from the moment you lay eyes on the recipe for the first time to the moment you take your creation out of the oven. I will be at your side to guide you and to teach you, with full explanations, the techniques you need to guarantee your baking will be a success! Discover one of Paris' oldest, most fascinating and vibrant markets: The Marché d'Aligre. We'll venture out and buy food "à la parisienne". You'll have choices on at least 10 tastings on our visit: sweet or savory, I'll be sure to delight your tastebuds! you'll get a cup of the most delicious and fresh coffee in the East of the city! Follow me as we discover all kinds of flavors in the food stalls and as well as at iconic local food shops nearby, owned by the friendliest people in Paris. Kids of all ages are welcome! They love all the tastings. Our group will be of 6 people (7 at a maximum if I have to accommodate a solo traveler ;). Explore the city and capture personal photos with an experienced photographer, working together to create unique images for professional or private use. Perfect for those looking to update any and all profile images! Starting at Metro Bastille (line 1,5,8), we'll stroll along Arsenal towards the Seine River, stopping for several short portrait setups, working to capture images of you in genuine Parisian moments. We can always improvise based on your needs and find the right location to create more personalized images. We'll then choose the best images for all of your personal profile needs. Just about 40mn train ride from Paris, you can be totally immersed in the Nature ? During your stay in Paris, how about doing something different and going on a hike in the most beautiful forests in Ile de France. This experience in small group (5 max) brings you to the Fontainebleau Forest. The walk in the forest is an adventure by itself and one can not stop admiring these shaped sandstones boulders. This walk is graded moderate with some ups and downs. But the rewards are astonishing view from different lookout and pristine Nature. It's a perfect tour for winter time.
