Don't have a boat? No problem, Beaver Creek and Conley Bottom marinas are close by. House features modern amenities and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the fireplace indoors or the firepit outdoors. Forest views and fresh air galore await you, especially from the hot tub! Absolutely no smoking inside or out.

Gran's Place

This newly renovated 4th generation family farmhouse sitting on 13 acres is centrally located in Russell Springs, just minutes from Lake Cumberland. We are just off the Cumberland Parkway (a short and easy drive to both Columbia and Somerset), close to Russell County Hospital, and within a mile to most fast-food chains, restaurants, gas, and grocery. Our goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible while visiting the Lake Cumberland area. We do ask that there be no smoking in the home.

The Little Brown Cottage

Keep it simple at this peaceful, 1950's cottage in Russell Springs. One bedroom has a queen sized bed & the other bedroom has a full sized bed. There is a full bathroom accessible through the master bedroom with a vintage tub & shower combination. It has a fully equipped kitchen with separate dining room. There are doorbell cameras but we will turn them off upon check-in. There is a large television in the living room but each bedroom has its own television with free high speed Wi-Fi.

Spend your days on Lake Cumberland and relax at our peaceful retreat in Monticello, KY. Nine generations of our family have enjoyed this property. Parts of the original cabin are incorporated into the current structure. Three outdoor seating areas, a fire pit, games and a wooded area let you enjoy the outdoors. In town and just a short driving distance to either Jamestown Marina or Lake Cumberland Marina. Nice 30’ driveway with a place to charge your boat. New for 2023 we now have a fire pit and new outdoor furniture for more indoor/outdoor living space!
