The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

Keskeiset hiihto-, maastopyöräily- ja moottorikelkkareitit lähtevät 200m kävelymatkan päästä mökiltä. Vuokrahintaan ei sisälly loppusiivousta. Mökin alakerrassa olohuone-keittiö avotilana sekä yksi makuuhuone jossa parivuode. Parvi-yläkerta jonka päädyissä erilliset makuutilat. Mökki on Rukatunturin läheisyydessä noin viiden kilometrin päässä Kuusamon suuntaan, joten sopii rauhallisuutta arvostavalle mutta Rukan palveluita kaipaavalle. Rukan Ski-Bus kulkee mökin läheisyydestä/vierestä hiihtokaudella. Huomio! Sesongit Joulu, uusivuosi ja viikot 8-15 vuokraus vain lauantai-lauantai. Poikkeuksista ole yhteydessä.

This approx. 63m² semi-detached apartment is located in Vuosseli (East-Ruka) surrounded by giant fir trees, near ski slopes and tracks. In a quiet area, but still close to services. The distance from the cottage to the ski slopes and tracks is only approx. 300m. The journey takes a short cut either on foot or on skis. The cottage is well suited for couples and small families.
