We had the greatest stay at Kosti’s ! He’s the best host we could ask for. He’s always available when you need anything, and makes sure for your stay to be as welcoming as possible. The sauna and pool are really nice to enjoy, and the location is perfect. The (then frozen) river next to the house offered us the possibility to watch wonderful auroras, and the proximity the Ounasvaraa ski station allowed us to enjoy it as much as possible. I could only recommend you to stay at Kosti’s place if you want your stay to be the best, and feel as a local.

Wonderful location, there is an open area nearby where aurora was visible in the night.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Très propre. Bon emplacement (aéroport à 20 minutes / arrêt de bus à 20m / 2 supermarchés de proximité à 5 minutes en voiture) Endroit calme Nous avons adoré le sauna. Quelques petits défauts: manque quelques ustensiles, la chambre du fond reste un peu moins chaudes du reste de la maison. Nous conseillons ce logement.

Chalé com 3 quartos, muito confortável, zona e exterior muito bonita e cuidada. Com sauna, jacuzzi exterior, máquina lavar roupa e louça, cozinha bem equipada. Recomendo tanto no inverno como no verão. Fica a 25 min do centro de Rovaniemi. O hotel Ártic Snow hotel com o bar de gelo fica a 1,5 km de distância. Anfitrião sempre contactavel.

We fall in love with this house. It has a lot of great moment to offer. You can walk on the frozen lake, playing snow around the house, and even seeing aurora from the house window. Love the surroundings! The amenities are also great. Thank you host for the great house with excellent service.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rovaniemi chez Mari. Nous avons apprécié le confort et le côté cosy du logement et tout particulièrement le sauna qui a été le bienvenu le soir après une journée passée au froid Tout a été parfait, je recommande ce logement.

We recently stayed in Minnas house and it was just perfect. The house is beautiful inside and is very cozy and homely. It has fantastic views out the back looking over the frozen lake and there is a little hill down to the lake which the kids used for sledding (Minna had lots of sleighs left outside for the kids to use which was very kind). The location is great as its in a little quite neighborhood in nature but also only a short drive to shops and the centre. Minna is a great host and is very reachable and quick to answer any questions. Thanks for having us.

Wir hatten vier schöne Nächte in der Unterkunft. Wie waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ausstattung, es mehr vorhanden an Utensilien als wir ursprünglich gedacht haben. Die ruhig Lage im Nationalpark Pyhä ist ausgezeichnet in 5 min ist fast alles mit dem Auto erreichbar (Supermärkte, Verleih, Loipen, Skigebiet, Wanderouten, Restaurants, und andere Aktivitäten). Unser Highlight in der Wohnung war die Sauna und die Nähe zu der Natur. Noora war ein sehr tolle Gastgeberin, sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet, falls Fragen aufgetreten sind. Gerne wieder, sehr empfehlenswert.

Cosy cabin is exactly that, warm and cosy. Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids enjoyed our stay in ounasvaara woods. It’s such a peaceful beautiful location in the middle of stunning walking trails. 5 min walk to a viewing point where we saw the northern lights. The cabin was equipped with everything needed for our 3 night stay, including sleds for the kids. Kaisa was a great host and very kind to allow us a late checkout.

Zalige omgeving. Veel genot van het huisje. De sauna is zeker een pluspunt. De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en helpen met alles. Ik raad dit huisje zeker aan voor mensen die gezellig een paar daagjes weg willen en gezellig van elkaar en de omgeving willen genieten. Alles is dichtbij en super rustig.

“Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Maula” Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem gemütlichen Airbnb! Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben – modern, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns der atemberaubende Blick auf die finnische Landschaft und die Ruhe der Umgebung. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie gaben uns tolle Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung und sorgten dafür, dass wir uns jederzeit wohl fühlten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauna, die ein echtes Highlight war – ideal, um sich nach einem aktiven Tag zu entspannen. Die Lage war ebenfalls hervorragend. Wie hatten das Glück mehrmals die Polarlichter sehen zu können. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten!

We stayed at Laura’s cozy home for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time at her place. Her lovely home had everything we needed and so much more. It was spotlessly clean with helpful info throughout to make us feel welcome. The sauna was wonderful. The location is beautiful and in the middle of nature, with many trails. We even saw the Northern Lights! Easy access to/from the City Center by bus. Grocery within walking distance. All communications with Laura were very fast, helpful and informative. She is a terrific host! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

If you're looking for a peaceful cottage right on the lake, this is it! The location was ideal and we got so much use out of the provided sleds and long walks on the frozen lake. The hosts are very organized and made everything crystal clear. One of our favorite activities we did came from their list of recommendations! We got to see some faint Northern Lights, on a clearer day I think this location is far enough from the city to see them well. Very happy with our choice to stay here.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Lage direkt neben dir Piste ist toll, auch zum Supermarkt sind es nur wenige Schritte. Die Kommunikation mit Minna lief immer schnell und zuverlässig ab. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen:)

Todella viihtyisä, toimiva ja siisti mökki aivan rinteiden ja latujen vieressä. Sijainti silti hyvin rauhallinen. Kaikki tarvittava kävelymatkan etäisyydellä.

Très bonne accueil, bien organisé, très propre, appartement bien placé, activités à côtés, magasins / supérettes 24/24 H, bon restaurants mais prix élevés, prix correct de l’appartement.

We thoroughly enjoyed coming ‘home’ after a day of activities to the house. The sauna warms you up immediately. Evenings are too short when watching your favourite show on the home cinema. The kitchen is super equipped. Everything is available. Great place for relaxing.

The pictures listed simply don’t do it justice. The villa and its surroundings are absolutely stunning! No noise, no light pollution and no neighbours. You’ll enjoy great privacy here and the peaceful tranquility of nature, with everything you need to truly relax. The villa itself is top-notch – spotlessly clean, stylish, and well-organized. Nothing to complain at all. A definite highlight is the jacuzzi and classic wood-heated Finnish sauna on the dock overlooking the crystal-clear lake. Terhi greeted us in person and carefully introduced us to the amenities. She was nice and incredibly helpful. This was the best airbnb stay we have ever had. Would love to come back again.

I had an incredible time staying at Svetlana’s cabin! The location was perfect and a short drive to Santa Claus Village and the perfect getaway place to Lapland. The space itself was exactly as described - clean, spacious, and comfortable. Svetlana was very tentative and checkin on us to ensure we got everything we need. She even notify us the Aurora outside our cabin!

Ein magischer Aufenthalt in Lappland! Wir danken euch von ganzem Herzen für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Schon beim Betreten des Hauses haben wir gespürt, wie viel Liebe und Sorgfalt ihr in jedes Detail gesteckt habt, ohne diese wäre es nur halb so schön gewesen. Das Haus ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch perfekt ausgestattet, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Die warme, gemütliche Atmosphäre hat uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlen lassen, ein wahres Wintermärchen. Und ein Highlight waren die Polarlichter. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft: verschneite Landschaften, absolute Ruhe und dennoch perfekt gelegen für Ausflüge in die Natur oder nach Rovaniemi. Wir konnten uns keinen besseren Ort vorstellen, um Lappland zu erleben. Danke für eure Gastfreundschaft und all die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 💝✨

We spent 10 days in this beautiful house in beautiful surroundings. The magnificent lake closeby, the remoteness and still having Pello and Rovaniemi at a good driving distance, the quietness and every morning that lovely view from all of the windows, the sauna, the crisp morning air, ....we look back at a fantastic time : we fell in love with Pello-Lappi. Thank you Aini and Risto and Hanna, for letting us spend time on your property ; it was a privilege. Thank you for the personal stories you shared, for your kindness, your friendlyness. We would love to be back and see the place in an other season.

Diese Villa ist ein absolutes JUWEL! Das wunderschöne Haus in wunderbarer, herrlich einsamer Lage am See ist mit so viel Liebe hergerichtet und betrieben, perfekt ausgestattet auch für größere Familie und fühlt sich an wie direkt einem Film entsprungen. Das Beste allerdings ist die unglaubliche Gastfreundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Gastgeberin Jaana: von grandiosem Lachs-Dinner in der Hütte über die Vorbereitung eines perfekten finnischen Saunaerlebnisses am See ging sie bei diesen besonderen Angeboten definitiv die Extrameile und hat damit und auch mit ihrer sonstigen Hilfsbereitschaft unseren Aufenthalt zu einem ganz besonders eindrucksvollen und sehr persönlichen Erlebnis gemacht. Nach viel zu kurzen 3 Tagen ist unser Herz voll, und wir können einen Aufenthalt in der Villa Arcticmint nur wärmestens empfehlen. Danke für alles, liebe Jaana und Familie!

Unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) haben unseren Aufenthalt im sehr grosszügigen und geräumigen Haus von Ville sehr genossen. Wir hatten noch nie eine besser ausgestattete Küche! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, das Haus liegt im Wald, 3.5 km vom Ort Pyhä entfernt. Aufgrund der Fotos sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass das Haus alleine im Wald liegt. Allerdings hat es mehrere Häuser in nächster Nähe, aber die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und der Zufahrtsweg ist kaum befahren. Die Langlaufloipe ist rund 400m entfernt. In und um Pyhä gibt es viele tolle Winteraktivitäten. Ville war ein toller Gastgeber. Er war immer für unsere Fragen erreichbar und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Ein Hinweis für zukünftige Mieter: in der Grundausstattung heisst es, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche inkl. sind. Dies ist aber nicht der Fall und kann für EUR 30 pro Person gemietet werden. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten!
