Zusätzlich bestehen 2 Aufbettungsmöglichkeiten. Ein Reisebett für Kleinkinder ist vorhanden. Die Räume sind mit Naturfarben gestrichen und die Holzböden mit Naturwachs behandelt und sind aus diesem Grund für Allergiker besonders gut geeignet. Haustiere dürfen auf Anfrage mitgebracht werden. Ein großer Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Chata nacházející se na okraji obce Arnoltice umožňuje svojí polohou na úpatí lesa jak prožití klidného odpočinku a relaxace, tak aktivní dovolené. Unser Ferienhaus liegt im Zentrum des Osterzgebirges. Namhafte Ausflugziele sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. (Dresden, Elbsandsteingebirge, Sächsische Schweiz, Böhmische Schweiz, Seifen, Freiberg, Altenberg, Glashütte und Prag e.t.c.)

Ubytovací část je situovaná v 1. patře restaurace. K dispozici 2 apartmány o celkovém počtu 5 lůžek (možno rozšířit kapacitu na 10 osob) Oba apartmány jsou po celkové rekonstrukci- vybaveny stylovým dřevěným nábytkem. Mají vlastní koupelnu, WC a plně vybavenou kuchyň. V každém apartmánu je TV a trezor. Oba apartmány mají společenskou místnost. V pokojích i ve společenské místnosti je kouření zakázáno.
