This modern lower unit features a comfortable living room, full kitchen, two bedrooms, office space, and a large bathroom with a washer and dryer. Outside you will have your own private deck with a barbeque and seating where you can enjoy the ocean views as you watch the sun set over the harbour.

Located on the south shore of the scenic Bay of Islands, Salt Spray Landing offers guests a tranquil, completely private retreat in a cottage situated between mountains and ocean. Take the private path down to the beach and walk along the shoreline to enjoy the incredible view. Fire up the BBQ, relax in the barrel sauna, or light a fire in the outdoor fire pit and let your senses indulge in the natural setting. Scenery is beautiful with view of the ocean, mountains and lighthouse. The sunset from the cottage is breathtaking. Come enjoy a home away from home.

Located in the heart of Deer Lake, the Spud Suites is within walking distance to the grocery store, stadium, liquor store, and nightlife. It is a 8 minute drive to the Deer Lake Airport, a short 24 minute drive to the entrance of Gros Morne National Park, and a 25 minute drive to Marble Mountain Ski Resort/Ziplining. The Spud Suites is also located on the Newfoundland Groomed Trail System. There is direct access to the the trail for snowmobiles and ATVs. Parking available for both.
