My family of 3 stayed here for 2 nights. We absolutely loved our time there. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Great location. Everything was as described. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Even during spring break weekend the place was quiet and peaceful for us. We would love the come back soon!

Wonderful beach stay. The place was clean and stocked with just what we needed! The beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for our group. The host did a great job of giving us instructions for checkin and checkout. The location was also perfect. Totally recommend!

AvantStay’s place was perfect. It was exactly what I was looking for me and my kids. The beach was walking distance which made it even easier. And they had great recommendations even for the beach carts with great prices. I most definitely recommend booking. I’ve already told family members about AvantStay. I myself will be rebooking in the near future.

Great price and location. The studio was actually quite large. Very clean and lots of extras available. She was quick to respond and help with any issues I had. I will definitely stay there again. Also pet friendly and dog approved!🫶🏼

Just a really great private quiet place. 1 minute walk to the water. Close to Fulton area restaurants. Well done interior with everything included. Very homey touches. Even bird feeders! Lots of towels. Comfy beds.

Excellent location to be able to walk to the beach and sand fest. The condo was very nice and just as described, clean and comfortable. Kim was easy to communicate with. The only issue was finding the place - Apple maps took us to the wrong place. It takes you to beach road 1 instead of 1A. When we finally got to 1A, maps took us to a house on the street behind the condos. I had to contact Kim to find the right location. Even when you finally find the correct location, it would be helpful to have additional instructions in the listing on finding the right unit. You need to go into the second entrance, not the one with the Island Dunes sign, drive all the way to the back and around to the other side to find unit 1604. Other than that initial frustration after a long drive, everything else was great and the location couldn’t be better.

The place was phenomenal. Very clean, smelled great. Check in and check out was easy. We had our daughters and their friends and it was still plenty of space for everyone. It had a washer/ dryer which was convenient with a bunch of kids. My husband and I walked for dinner to nearby places. The location is perfect. 100% will book again. We all had a great time.

Very clean and well kept condo. Furniture, decor and amenities were great. Having a boat slip available for rent on property made a huge difference as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!! We came down for sandfest and this place was so perfect. It was exactly what the description listed and better. We were able to walk to the beach with no trouble! We will definitely book this place again next time we come back! Kim was a great host and very responsive!

From the booking to the day of checking In the communication was on point. My family and I really loved the place clean and stocked with essential to start with. Had no issues at all the days we stayed. Highly recommended, the restaurants and beach so close. As our first stay there and renting a golf cart it’s perfect to drive to the beach and restaurants.

My family and I spent a few days here and enjoyed our stay. They were accommodating on check in and everything was clean and they provided starter kits which was great. It's a small place and didn't realize bedroom didn't have a door but it worked for us with young kids. Was a quick drive to restaurants and the beach!

Comfortable vacation spot, very roomy for my family of 4. We would book again. It was too cold to use the pool but very close to necessities and beach access. Booked the golf cart, which was nice. Love that they allow dogs, be prepared to walk off property to get to nearby grass. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Lovely condo with just enough space for a comfortable stay, very clean and I loved the coastal theme. Ample cookware/dishware and even had shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Responsive and friendly host, and great view from the balcony. Overall awesome stay!

Such a nice place! Our group loved staying here; it was very spacious and fun.

The place was equipped with wonderful amenities like a mixer and fantastic skillets. The view was Amazing. The only disappointment was the excess of seaweed which hadn’t been removed. On my beautiful morning walks I noticed they were starting the process of moving the seaweed. I would definitely come back.

View of sunrise from the deck, pool, hot tub. You can walk to around a dozen bars/restaurants and many more with in 3 miles, including liquor and grocery store.

We had stayed at this location before but not with Brad. Excellent Airbnb host. Would stay with him again answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The condo was spotless and clean. Had excellent view of the ocean. The beach was in walking distance great food locations excellent atmosphere.

This was our second stay at this property. The rooftop hot tub is probably our favorite amenity but the entire space is perfect for my family. The owner leaves clear instructions for everything and very responsive touching base almost immediately after booking. We definitely look forward to future stays at this property.

Victoria’s condo was PERFECT! We wanted a peaceful weekend by the water. And that’s exactly what we got! The view is amazing! The town is cute and quaint. Nice shops and eateries. The concierge, Nancy, is the best! I don’t have a single complaint. We will definitely be returning!!!!

Away from the busy "downtown" of port A, but still close enough to get there when we wanted to be a part of it.
