Solo travelers, couples, or two adults will love our homey (NOT chic, sleek nor spare), lower-level private suite set in the 4-season Massanutten Resort in lovely Shenandoah Valley. We are 3-8 mins to fun seasonal activities (WaterPark, trail rides, slopes, golf, go-karts, etc.); 15 mins to Shenandoah Nat'l Park's Swift Run Gap entry; 18-20 mins to JMU; 5-60+ mins to restaurants, wineries, antiquing, breweries, caves, hiking, biking, history sites, river sports, Amish markets, country drives+++!

Our home is in a quiet & family-friendly neighborhood. The place is cozy, clean, & sanitized. Guests have a private entrance to a whole floor with 2 bedrooms, private bathroom, living room, small kitchenette and a study area. We live upstairs. Guests have excellent internet connection. Close to highway 81, JMU, Sentara RMH hospital. We are 20 miles to the National Park, and close to several restaurants. Ideal for short-term stays. There is a dedicated parking spot and tandem parking is possible.

In-law Suite, Nicely Furnished (Includes Garage)

Our home is set on a hill on the edge of the small town of Broadway rated recently the safest town in the state of VA. Four mountain ranges are visible from our elevated property; it also borders a farm so you might observe cattle grazing. The Shenandoah Valley offers great gravel, road and MTB trails - and a vast network of hiking trails. Rosemary, a licensed aesthetician and licensed massage therapist, also offers spa services for a wonderfully restorative visit. Welcome to our peaceful space.

"Country Star"- Suite at Cross Keys

Welcome to our private, cozy suite, Country Star. A sunny walkout basement apartment with patio and easy parking next to entrance makes coming and going a breeze. Country Star features a kitchenette, with table and chairs, one bedroom with queen bed and closet, and a full bath/shower. It provides comfortable space for two, with extra space for a pack-n-play or fold out lounge chair/bed for a third person. (See note in 'other'). Our space offers convenience and comfort, with self check-in.

Breakaway from the hustle and bustle to a front porch just waiting for you. The wooded setting is a quiet retreat that will make you feel as if you are further away than what you are. The private suite has its own entrance with self-check-in via a keypad. The covered front porch is perfect for sitting on the swinging daybed to read, surf the web, nap, or just soak in the surroundings and let the day go by. Stay on a hilltop with a view that literally goes on for miles, overlooking the western Shenandoah Valley to the ridges of the Allegheny Mountains! Relax in hammock chairs on your private deck, while watching the sunset and sipping coffee that we've provided from a local roaster. Our goal is to make your stay as carefree and comfortable as possible - a true escape! A rural feel, but we're just a few minutes from JMU, EMU, and downtown, and an easy drive to many hiking trails and vineyards.

Situated with perfect views of the outside, the guest quarters space is over 2200 sq ft. and features a lounge/media center, common meeting area, bedrooms & bathrooms, entertainment center with air hockey table and ping pong, and a fully supplied gym.
