If you want to wind down, WineDown is your place! A relaxing Airbnb, sitting on five wooded acres, tucked in a South Valley neighborhood. The Suite is located on the lower level of our Tuscan Home with a private deck and hot tub for guest use only. A private gated community provides extra security. Your private entrance with stairs that lead to the guest suite with a beautiful view of the peaceful pines and wandering wildlife. We are on site during your stay and try to greet guests if available

You'll enjoy a relaxing stay in this NEW Tiny Home, The Matilda, at the beautiful Funny Farm Homestead. Escape the fast pace of city life and soak up some peace & quiet. Experience farm life by gathering your own eggs for breakfast and sharing your scraps with the pigs, Stella & Sport. Many friendly and entertaining animals to meet. There is also a gas BBQ for grilling and a fire pit to gather around. Great family rental with space to play & privacy to unwind. Eight minutes from Spokane Airport

Mother in law Suite w/private entrance

This is an addition to our home. Your own private entrance into a mother in law set up. Full bedroom with full bathroom. Complete kitchen w/ full fridge, oven, dishwasher. There is cameras on property. Close to sporting venues, golf, hiking and lakes. Queen bed in bedroom. Couch has pull out-suitable for small children. No smoking and no vaping on property . If you do you will pay $300 cleaning fee. We do NOT provide toiletries.We do NOT provide breakfasts. Don’t provide coffee or detergent

Welcome to our farm! We invite you to stay at our cute&cozy renovated guesthouse. We have friendly mini goats & fuzzy alpacas that you can view just steps outside the front door. We are located in the beautiful Glenrose Prairie area of the South Hill. Enjoy a coffee or picnic by the animals. We also get visits from deer, bunnies, & lots of birds. Relax at the farm while still being close to shopping, restaurants, great amenities & easy access to I-90, Gonzaga & downtown (15 mins by car).

Come enjoy our beautiful private resort nestled next to our vineyard with breathtaking views of the sunset, sipping a glass of wine while taking a soak in the hot tub, or going full on Norwegian in the outdoor cedar sauna and plunge into the pool. This space features a private deck and entrance, peek-a-boo views of the lake, beach access and close proximity to both Spokane and Coeur d'Alene! NOTE: This is a guest suite, we live in the upstairs of the home (more info below).

This is an apartment unit on the ground floor of our lake home. Lake access is a 30 second walk away! The unit has it's own entrance and there is no access to the main home from the unit. The unit includes a King and double bed, kitchen with 2 burner stove and refrigerator and a large double vanity bath with a walk in shower, washer, and dryer. 1 block to 1 of 3 nearby golf courses and seconds to the lake this property is perfect for you and your family!

The Barn Suite

Welcome to the family “Barn” located on the back half of our property. This “Barn was relocated from an adjacent property in 1957 which was used as a chicken coop, a horse barn and then remodeled for the first time in the late 60’s to accommodate living quarters for Anne’s brothers. In 2023 this was stripped to the studs; everything is new including the exterior siding is for your enjoyment. This is a Non smoking and No Pet Suite/Property.

1 bedroom in-law apartment. Bedroom features a newly updated bathroom, king size bed and small futon. The front room has a desk and small kitchenette. The apartment has it's own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. There are no common areas besides the front yard. The house is located 10 to 15 minutes east of downtown Spokane.
