I loved everything about this home. Parking was available, quiet home , very clean , decorated nicely , honestly it felt like home away from home . Very cozy ! Thank you so much for letting me stay in your home !

This was a great place for our family to stay while we were in town. We are a family of 4 kids so it’s nice when all 6 of us have a bed to sleep in. Katie’s place was very clean and welcoming. She was a great host, very good communication and had some nice recommendations for places to eat. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us and the out door patio was a good retreat for some quiet in the evening. If heading to Lynchburg again, we would definitely stay here again.

Stunning! It had everything we needed and Aaron was extremely accommodating and responsive. I’d definitely stay here again! Didn’t want to go back home :)

We have stayed in AirBnB all over the world. This is one of the best. Tastefully decorated with quality stuff. Very thoughtful to keep some snacks and water along with basic items for cooking that you would typically forget. This was our second stay. Will definitely be back again as our son is studying in VT.

Staying with Mr Jane was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the apartment was cozy and spotless. The place was well-equipped and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. This is a peaceful downstairs apartment with private entry and beautiful backyard with swimming pool. Mrs Jane was always available to answer our questions. unforgettable experience! We had an amazing in Forest! Our group of six adults had more than enough space to spread out and relax, and the home was absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Each bedroom felt like its own retreat, and having 3.5 bathrooms was a huge bonus for a group our size. It truly felt like a home away from home, and the peaceful neighborhood made for a relaxing getaway. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, modern, and spacious place to unwind! The hosts were responsive and professional. I will always look to book their properties first when I travel to the area. Top Notch!

We had a great time at Garry's place! The place was very clean and well furnished, and we appreciated the many bedrooms (my adolescent son likes his privacy). We enjoyed the location by the river, plus the kids loved spending time around the fire pit where they built a fire every night. Great location also if you want to visit Sandstone Falls or hike the Grandview Rim Trail. We hope to visit again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We hosted a my hokie son and a few of his hokie friends for Easter dinner and this home was perfect for what we needed. The home was spacious, clean and the location to the campus was fantastic. Highly recommended.

My family and I had a great stay! The woods and areas around the house were fun for our kids to explore, and the NC/VA state line right next to the driveway was a cool photo spot. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Molly!

My friends and I met at Anita’s place, it was perfectly located halfway between my home in South Carolina and my friend’s homes in Pennsylvania. Anita’s back to the fifties home was exactly what we were looking for. My friends and I try to get together every spring and every fall, and we will most likely return to Anita’s place in the future. We are all cat lovers, so Elvis and his friends the were an added bonus for us!! We also enjoyed watching deer, in the back yard in the evenings!! Loved reading about the history of the family and the home that was displayed throughout the home!! We had a fabulous time!

about 7 miles to VMI we stayed here for ballgame at VMI very easy to get to and quick. several local restaurants within a mile of this home. we had 5 adults stay bathroom is between the 2 bedrooms and the sofa bed was comfortable. they welcome furbabies here- we didn't bring our furbabies but they would have been welcome! we will definitely stay here again!

Place looked just like the pictures. Perfect for a one night stay. We were driving and it was the perfect place to stop and rest overnight. Local restaurants had great food and drinks! Airbnb was very clean and had plenty of towels and utensils, pots, etc for cooking!

Had a great stay for a few nights in this condo. Comfortable and clean as a lovely escape while we enjoyed local hikes and breweries. Convenient to the wintergreen market which was helpful for what we may have forgotten or for anything else we wanted. Looooved having the wood burning fireplace too! We’d love to come back.

This is the second time we stay here, and we absolutely love it! It’s perfectly and conveniently located near a gas station and a small market that has everything you may need. It’s a short drive to devils backbone and all the rest of the breweries, and in the center of nature with lots of trees around. We will definitely continue to have this place in our favorites so we can stay here again. Thank you again for hosting us.

Our quick escape before picking our son up from NC State was relaxing and so enjoyable. Spent a lot of time out on the lake. Temperatures were warmer than the usual April weather, we both have great tans to prove it! We were very comfortable at your place. Perfectly located off of Scruggs gave us the ability to get to our favorite restaurants (Napolis is the best and only a quick walk away). New to us was Black water cafe, totally awesome! We will go there again when we return. We were able to spend time with family that have recently moved to the lake. Our little escape has re energized us, filled our hearts with joy and great memories on the lake. Your place had everything we needed. We were very comfortable. We enjoyed the decor, the layout, everything about your little slice of heaven on the lake. Who could ask for anything more. Thank you sincerely.

Lisa's condo was fabulous! It was decorated beautifully and in a very peaceful location. It was great not having to walk up and down multiple flights of stairs. If you need anything, she is quick to answer. It was the cleanest dog friendly Airbnb that we have ever stayed in!! We have a hypoallergenic dog so I appreciated not being covered in dog hair. We will definitely be staying again in the future! Thank you, Lisa!

My husband and I had a spectacular time during our stay! The place was cozy and utterly peaceful. Along with the breathtaking view of the lake, as chefs we enjoyed the great kitchen lol. Katie is super responsive and even allowed us to come back and look for my husband’s wedding band. Thank God we found it. I cannot wait to come back. I think we found our SML vacation spot forever lol. 10/10 recommend to others.

A great place for a ski weekend with friends! Had all the amenities you would need for anything. Highly recommend this place! Quick 5-10 minute walk to the slopes.
