Delizioso appartamento arredato con cura, in stile etnico, provvisto di ogni comfort, in un casolare appena ristrutturato secondo i principi della bioedilizia, immerso nella macchia mediterranea del più bel versante dell'isola d'Elba, con vista mozzafiato sull'arcipelago toscano e sulla Corsica, a 250 m sul livello del mare, dominante la spiaggia di Cavoli. L'appartamento è composto di soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano-letto per due persone, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia e ampio spazio esterno attrezzato per pranzare e prendere il sole. Il luogo è raggiungibile con una strada sterrata di 2,5 km dal paesino di San Piero in Campo (fin dove arrivano i mezzi pubblici), distante pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più incantevoli dell'isola (Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia) e dal centro turistico e commerciale di Marina di Campo. E' consigliabile disporre di un mezzo proprio. La casa è immersa nella tipica macchia mediterranea alternata a grandi e suggestive scogliere di granito. Il grande giardino è recintato, contiene un orto e un uliveto. Non vi sono altre abitazioni nei dintorni. Intorno alla località si snodano i più suggestivi sentieri per gli amanti del trekking e della mountain bike. Ideale per chi è in cerca di silenzio, relax, aria pura, e ama la natura e i luoghi un pò speciali. I padroni di casa potranno aiutarvi per ogni evenienza e perplessità. You can reach the place through a 2,5 Km dirt road from San Piero in Campo,where pubblic transport ends,and from where ,in few minutes by car you can get to the best beaches of the island (Cavoli,Seccheto,Fetovaia etc.),and to the touristic and service centre of Marina di Campo. It's better to have your own car or motorbike(you can rent it anywhere on the island). The house is surrounded by the typical mediterranean bush scattered with huge granite cliffs. The large garden has an olive grove and a vegetable garden. The place is secluded and there are no other houses in the surroundings. It's an ideal place for trekking and mountain biking and lovers of relax,peace,nature and special places. Your host are ready to help for any need and request.

La maison d'Isidore

La maison d'Isidore, située entre Nice (15 km) et Monaco (8 km) est une partie de notre maison avec une entrée séparée totalement indépendante. Le duplex climatisé comprend une kitchenette totalement équipée au rez-de-chaussée. Devant l'entrée une petite table permet de manger à l'ombre de la glycine. A l'étage, une chambre et une salle de bain auxquelles on accède par un petit escalier. Une baie vitrée dans la chambre donne accès à une terrasse avec une très belle vue mer sur la baie de Eze.

A tower with an independent entrance through a private loggia offering panoramic views. On the first floor, there is a living room and a small pantry area (it is not a full kitchen) to store food and prepare a light meal or coffee. Climbing one flight of stairs leads to the second floor, which features a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. Attached to the bedroom is the shower cabin and bathroom. Note that there are also three flights of stairs from the parking area to the accommodation.

Central Cottage, garden and private parking

This small cottage of 55 mq is located on the edge of the historic center of Florence, near the central train station, the riversides and the main roads which connect the city center to the airport and the highways. It is located within the garden of the main house where I live and it has a pleasant garden where guests can relax and a safe private parking. Guests can reach the heart of the historic center and its monuments with a 10-15 minute walk along the beautiful Florentine riversides.

Il vostro alloggio si trova al piano terra della casa principale, ma è completamente autonomo. Il parcheggio ed il giardino sono invece condivisi con noi ;) Non sono presenti altri ospiti nella struttura

La camera matrimoniale con bagno privato ed ingresso indipendente, è stata appena ristrutturata. Situata in uno dei punti strategici più affascinanti che dominano il paese, la terrazza su cui si affaccia la camera è attrezzata con un tavolo e sedie, per poter godere a pieno del panorama. Bienvenue chez nous ! Nous vous proposons un appartement de 50 m2 en RDC de notre villa, sur les hauteurs du joli village de Cargese, situé à 45 minutes d' Ajaccio. A quelques minutes à pied des commerces, restaurants et centre du village, ce havre de paix est un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer face à la mer. The big and bright double room, recently renovated, is located in one of the most fascinating points of the area that overlooks the town. The terrace gives an amazing 180° view and during winter it is possible to enjoy the view of the illuminated Nativity scene of Manarola from an exclusive and quiet position. Solea is only few minutes far from boutiques, restaurants and the seaside. Private parking available by request.
