Located in central Palm Springs, this adorable Midcentury Modern private guest house was built in '71 and refreshed to match our '60 house. Set-up just a like a hotel room (270 sq ft) with private entrance, patio, small fire-pit, lounge area, and private outdoor shower. There is a small kitchenette (no cooking). Great for singles & couples. Adults only. Includes access to main yard, shared pool & a new spa! LGBTQ owned/operated. Neighborhood has a remarkable collection of midcentury homes!

Cozy studio guesthouse is separate from our house, no connecting walls and in front of our house so we're available if you need anything. New queen-size cool-gel / memory foam mattress. Small area with refrigerator, Kherug coffee and microwave. Guests check in with smart code door lock. Close to wineries in Temecula and skydiving. 1-1.5 hours to beach, Disneyland and many amusement and water parks.

Rancho Santa Rosa Casita/Art Gallery Spa & Sauna

We are 15 degrees cooler than Palm Springs in the summer. Our back area stays at around 70 degrees in the winter. This was a cattleman's bunkhouse at the turn of the century and is located on the San Jacinto/Santa Rosa National Monument. It borders with the San Bernardino National Forest and is across the highway from hiking and equestrian trails.
