1 bedroom independent basement suite

Convenient location, Bus top walking distance, 7 ~ 10 minutes drive to downtown. Close to all amenities and Tim Horton Coffee shop. This is not a shared space, as listed separate side entrance to the suite. Laundry is separate as well for guests only. Electric Baseboard Heaters in rooms, turn heat as much you like. Park on the very right side on Driveway as long as long as it is not blocking the Garage door (plenty space). Plug in is also available on the side entrance for cold weather.

Casa Caswell *Modern, Downtown, Rooftop Patio*

Please note: the rooftop patio is under construction for a roof leak until mid June but is still functional! Just not as beautiful as normal! No work will be done while guests are present! The Caswell Hill Home features modern minimal design elements. Curl up beside the fire or enjoy a book in peace.
