Our cosy family guesthouse is located 2km outside Ennistymon nestled amongst farms in the peaceful Irish countryside. The ideal destination to relax and unwind with family and friends. The perfect spot to explore Ennistymon, Lahinch, Lisdoonvarna, Doolin, The Cliffs of Moher, the Burren and beyond. Soak up the atmosphere in the local Pubs and enjoy some of the best traditional music found anywhere in Ireland. Only a five minute drive to the supermarket and a great base for outdoor activities.

Cosy Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, cosy space in the rolling countryside and just a 40 minute drive from Knock Airport. For something more lively there’s Westport and Castlebar, with their shops, bars and the beautiful coastline and beaches of the Wild Atlantic Way. The 2 friendly cats, Muffin and Bruce, prefer to live outside but like to say hello. When not away working, I stay in a chalet on a separate piece of land close by but not overlooking the cottage. I do respect guest privacy.

Possibly one of the most beautiful views and locations overlooking Dogs bay beach and sitting at the foot of Errisbeg hill, 6 minute drive from the picturesque fishing village of Roundstone. Surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery on the west coast of Ireland. Looking out across the Atlantic Ocean at the Aran islands, gurteen beach and dogs bay beach. Hill climbing to the rear and beach walks to the front of the cottage, there are possibly few locations to compare with this cottage

Toys and swings are available for children to play with and a sheltered shed with a climbing wall/ Table Tennis in case of rain. The house has a heat recovery ventilation system, solar panels, solar heated hot water, Infrared Sauna and Electric Vehicle Charger. Excellent WiFi.

The house is on the Wild Atlantic way and a short drive from the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, the links golf courses in Lahinch (5km) and Doonbeg (25km).
