The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Cozy one bedroom apartment in the heart of ancient Risan. Guests can use a spacious shared veranda with barbecue area. The seaside and the nearest beach is in just 100m. Perast is in 2,5 km away, you can walk along the see. Shared terrace meens that two apartments can use it: you and neighbour, each have sitting/rest area arraneged.
