We had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s place. It was perfectly located, clean and neat, and had everything we needed for a fun/peaceful weekend at the beach.

We had an amazing stay at this ocean view apartment in Puerto Rico! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the beach, and the views were absolutely stunning. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for a fun and relaxing week, including beach towels, toys, a cooler, and chairs. The property itself has great amenities like a pool, basketball court, and a playground with swings, which was perfect for our kids. Communication with the host was excellent—he responded quickly and was super helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back again!

The condo was as described and Elizabeth was very responsive to my questions during the stay. The neighborhood was safe and the beach nearby was a short walk and very beautiful. It’s great to have a car as well so you can explore the area. We bought groceries and enjoyed some meals in the condo. The AC also worked great. Finding the condo was confusing at first and Elizabeth was helpful. Once we learned the area it was very easy to get around. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be back to Puerto Rico.

The view from the condo is beautiful. The beach and pool we had basically to ourselves. We felt safe in the gaited community and location was easy to get to El Yunque, San Juan, and Luquillo for day trips. My kids loved the kitties. Grocery store was also only 10 mins away.

I loved this place. It was very beautiful and peaceful. I hated that i had to leave. And the host was nice and kept me updated with weather and everything before i arrived. This place was like a resort! I had no issues, no bugs, no complaints from neighbors, nothing!! I would recommend this place and if, no WHEN i come back to PR, I’m looking for this place!!

Everything was beautiful and safe. I will definitely be coming back. This place was spotless. Everything was clean. It was so clean you barely wanted to touch anything and I mean I felt like home. It was so peaceful and just romantic, and it was a great memory overall thank you for giving me this opportunity to visit a place like this thank you❤️

What a wonderful stay @ Loly’s place. I haven’t visited my home is over 39 years. Now married with children, it was our very first experience as a family traveling to Puerto Rico. Loly’s place made our first experience together a memorable one. The place is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. 2 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms was exactly what we needed with growing children that need their own space. The pool is literally steps away. The private access to the beach about a 3 minute walk. I felt like home staying @ Loly’s place. Luquillo beach , and El Yunque rain forest is just but a 12 minute drive from her place. Fajardo just 25 mins away. The only hiccup and it has nothing to do with Loly or her place is the power outages , although brief most of the time it can happen at any moment. So if you’re traveling with little children , something to consider. All and all our experience was great and Loly’s place made it memorable.

I stayed here for a week with my husband and 1.5 year old. This place was centrally located to lots of restaurants with a very short drive to the rainforest. The beach and pool were amazing to have just a few footsteps away. The king size bed was fabulous and there was a travel crib there for us to use with our 1.5 year old. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed to cook. When we arrived, the fridge was not as cold as it should be but once we unplugged and plugged it back in, it was fine. The balcony views were amazing with the beach on one side and the rainforest mountains on the other side. The only thing we were disappointed about was there was a full playground shown in the pictures of the listing and when we arrived, the playground was not there. We would definitely stay again in the future! Cookie and Enrique's place is a gem and they were extremely responsive throughout the entire process!

Ody and Tom were great hosts. We enjoyed staying at their property in cluster 2 of Rio Mar. The location was great and the condo was nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool. The place was lovely and spotless! Close walk to the beach. Pool right outside your back patio. Wish the pool area had umbrellas but nice nonetheless. Great restaurants nearby and lots of fun things to do! Highly Recommend!!

Just returned from a very relaxing week spent at Valeria’s condo. The unit was comfortable, the pool was a nice feature, and the beach was idyllic. All in all, great weather and great beach time in a peaceful, tropical setting.

This is a cute condo with a beautiful beach, we felt like we were on a private island! It’s a great location to hike the national forests and far enough away from the big city. Lots of extra beach gear was available to use. I’d definitely recommend Juan’s place!

Really enjoyed our stay. Space was comfortable and peaceful. Host was kind, thoughtful, and very responsive. Location was perfect for us to explore. Good nearby eateries and a convenience store. Washer and dryer was a plus.

My friend and I had an amazing stay at the Wyndham Margaritaville hotel! Finding this place on Airbnb was almost too good to be true. It was exactly as described and we loved the ease of being right on the beach. Would 100% book again. Thank you Brad and Sarah!!

I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at this charming property in Río Grande. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The host was incredibly attentive and provided helpful local tips that made my visit even more memorable. A small note for future visitors: the building doesn’t have an elevator. If you’re traveling with heavy luggage or mobility issues, please be prepared for a bit of a climb. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I’d highly recommend this property to those looking for a welcoming and well-kept home base. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

More or less as described. Comfy beds and furniture. We particularly enjoyed the balcony space, the proximity to the beaches and El Yunke National Forest. My only niggle is it took us a couple tries to determine which compound we were actually in which was El Yunke something. It was Ocean something and Signature Service but never El Yunke anything. And there are several very similar groups of buildings next door. But it’s a small thing! Really enjoyed our stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay there. Quick access to the pool and the quiet beach and a very nice outdoor dining area with hammocks. We also appreciated how close we were to El Yunque. Clean, comfortable and the host is very quick to reply.

This is my second time staying at Rinaldo's with my family and the apartment maintained its expectation of cleanliness, sufficient linens, and other amenities. We arrived late in the night and early in the morning. Rinaldo was flexible and understanding of our flight schedule. Having an allocated parking spot for our rental car was another great addition and the location is ideal. Rinaldo's home had everything we needed for the beach as well, making our beach days comfortable and relaxing. The complex is quiet and quaint with friendly neighbors and staff. Rinaldo was responsive when we needed anything urgent making the process smooth and seamless. Additionally, the house rules were direct and legible when we had any questions regarding check-in/check-out, cleaning, etc. Always an enjoyable stay!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in celebration of my 40th birthday. The view outside the living area and bedroom is overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This Airbnb was way better than my expectations, and the host (Euniz) always responded within 5-10 minutes of my messaging. Place was clean, comfortable (homey feel), easy to drive to, and had all the amenities we could think or want. It was such a blissful paradise! Restaurants are next door only a 4-5 minute walk at the Margaritaville hotel, but that place was much more crowded too. What we really enjoyed about this condo was that it gave you much more privacy than that part of the resort. This condo had a bunch of families and couples staying here, but it was not crowded as I previously mentioned. We are already in talks of planning our next visit and to stay here in the same condo under Euniz’s management. We’ll bring our 2 and 4 yo. This is a very safe resort for anyone else questioning safety. We highly recommend!
