We had a wonderful weekend in the little house, it was exactly what we needed - a calm and cozy place to get away from the city! We felt right at home and even got some eggs from Peggy's chicken and some treats for our dog - that was so lovely! The small terrace is perfect for having breakfast, and the house has everything you need. We had a wonderful time, thanks so much!

What a location!! Perfect hideaway for the most relaxing time, away from everyone and everything. We absolutely loved our stay. The panoramic sauna & enormous jacuzzi were a dream. We love cooking & the kitchen had everything we needed, wíth the most amazing views on the lake. As a music lover it was very nice to find high quality Sonos speakers throughout the house. Daniel answered every question we had immediately. And his father welcomed us very kindly. Great place to stay!

Kenneth is a great host and the house is amazing. It is fresh, peaceful, clean and comes with a fully equipped kitchen. The house is big enough for 3 families and at a perfect distance from Stockholm to explore in and around Dalarna. I appreciate Kenneth’s consideration to ignore one of the toys that was a little damaged by a kid. Will come again!

En afslappende oase ved søen Vi havde fornøjelsen af at tilbringe vores ferie i Huset ved søen, og det var præcis den ro og afslapning, vi havde håbet på. Huset ligger idyllisk med direkte udsigt over vandet, og hver morgen vågnede vi til lyden af fuglesang og sollys, der glimtede i søens overflade. Indretningen er både hyggelig og moderne, med masser af naturligt lys og komfortable senge. Det udendørs sauna og muligheden for at bade direkte i søen var prikken over i’et og blev flittigt brugt om aftenen, mens vi nød solnedgangen og et glas vin. Værten, Christoffer, var utroligt imødekommende og sørgede for, at vi ikke manglede noget – det hele føltes meget personligt og gennemtænkt. Alt i alt en fantastisk oplevelse, som vi varmt kan anbefale til både par, familier og vennegrupper, der trænger til en pause fra hverdagen. Vil helt sikkert kom igen 🙂

Detta är andra gången vi har bott hos Annika, och vi är mer än nöjda. All kommunikation var utmärkt och smidig. Boendet hade allt man kunde önska sig, från fantastisk utsikt till välutrustade inventarier. Rekommenderas varmt!

Such a beautiful spot and close to good walks and lakes. The hot tub and sauna were amazing. Kind and communicative host.

It was absolutely amazing. Best place we ever visited. The place itself is gorgeous, very spacious and has everything and more that you could want in a place. The view is unbeatable and the quiet and surroundings are fantastic. Our small children had the best time exploring around the property and having marshmallows in the garden around the fire. Or playing around in the water. We had beautiful sunsets with a beer on the porch and woke up with the best view. Hannes & Elisabet were excellent hosts and super helpful and friendly. They really are superhosts. We had the best time and would love to come back.

Andra året i rad som vi valde att hyra huset hos Knut. Vi hade en lika fantastisk upplevelse nu som då! Omgivningen är makalös, med skog runtom och vattnet alldeles utanför dörren! Det enda som vi saknade lite var tillräcklig belysning men det fixade vi med lite omflyttning av lampor :) vi kommer mer än gärna en gång till!

Mysig omgivning med gångavstånd till centrum. Fint boende där vi bodde en helg. Bra kommunikation med värd. Rekommenderas!
