We have a pool; The POOL is a SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. It is shared with Owner. Enjoy a smoke free cottage. Ashtrays are provided outside for those guest that do smoke. We provide a queen size bed and a couch/bed. This space is perfect and comfortable for two guest.Please NO children and NO animals.

The cozy casita with private bath and balcony is tucked away, surrounded by lush vegetation and sounds of the waterfall. My efficiency is part of our home but is private and has a separate entrance. In the main bedroom, we offer one full-sized bed. The second room serves as a small living room and offers a full-sized sofa bed. The efficiency also has several amenities including WiFi and cable TV. The listing is located in southwest Miami in a region called Kendall, about 25 minutes from Miami International Airport. We are close to Florida's Turnpike for rapid transit to get to several great destinations.

The room sleeps up to 4 guests in a bunk bed consisting of 2 twin beds and a full size bed on the lower level. Room has a TV, mini-fridge, & access to an outdoor area to enjoy the great lake view. There is an additional $20 per person per night fee for more than 2 guests. Note: there is no kitchen access therefore no cooking on premises. Miami Beach = 26 miles Miami Airport = 19 miles
