A very beautiful place. We were looking for serene environment and this place provided exactly that. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend.

We had several people for a work conference, and everyone loved the home/property! The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The variety of lawn games were lots of fun, and the backyard is very private and enjoyable. We would stay again!

My family and I stayed here for two weeks with our newborn and pup while our home was being renovated. The layout of the house is beautiful and open with great natural light during the day which made for a very comfortable stay and felt like a home away from home. All the rooms are clean and beds were super comfy. Host was responsive and made sure we had things we needed and even had cleaning items delivered to the house that we requested. The house is located really close to the beach front trail which was great for daily walks and is conveniently located to the highway ramps for easy access to downtown Burlington, Hamilton or Niagara region. If you’re looking for great local burgers, Crooksy’s pub is just down the street. We would definitely stay here again.

It was the perfect space for our holiday visit. Super quiet for a restful sleep and great light during the day. We didn't spend much time in the apartment, but we enjoyed the time we did.

Spacious wonderful farmhouse charm. So so many bedrooms we only used a few but look forward to another stay with a large group. I am happy that I was able jump on the 401 or 403. this location really worked for us. thanks for the last minute stay. Anna is wonderful ❤️

Simon + co were such lovely hosts - responsive, kept us up to date on things, and very helpful! The place was so nice. My friends keep talking about how much we loved the stay!

Simons Place was Great! Great location to Toronto, Niagra Falls and surrounding areas! Would definitely stay here again in the furture.
