Spacious two story guest house on a private road situated on Lake Hartwell. Use the double deck dock with 7 mile view for all day fishing, swimming or just relaxing. The guest house with central heating and air is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, 3 streaming flat screen tvs, two full baths, washer/dryer combo and a large attached deck. Owners live on property but in different residence. Outdoor cameras overlook parking area. Only reserved guests have property access.

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

Cozy Hartwell lake cottage, a peaceful place to unwind and relax, Lake front, deep water cove s clear water and almost no boat traffic. The boat dock has a large second level party deck and a 10x 28 sun deck swim platform at water level a great place to swim, fish, kayak , paddle board or just relax and enjoy the sun. The cottage has two bedrooms 1 ½ bath , full kitchen outdoor cooking and eating space, firepit. . The cottage is small but cozy with everything you need to an extended stay.

The Gretchen

This little house was originally constructed in 1900 and was the kitchen portion to my farm house. I added a bedroom and indoor shower. It is so cozy and the views all around are of a micro farm nestled in between larger farm land. Come find your Peace in this space with so much character and history. Plenty of parking for your boat, truck, etc. There is a grill. The home is very convenient with 4 boat ramps within 2-4 miles from house. The town of Hartwell is 6 miles from the house.

Relax and unwind at our custom built cottage that provides a peaceful space perfect for 2. This cozy retreat is nestled in the woods in a country setting and offers a deck and hot tub to enjoy the beauty of nature. A dedicated work space is also provided if you're here for work or looking for a place for solitude. It's located only 5 miles from Seneca, 12 miles from Clemson, and 40 miles from Greenville and is a short drive as well to beautiful lakes, waterfalls, and hiking trails.

Convenient location just 10 minutes drive from boat access, you have more than enough space to store your boat. 10 minute drive from downtown Hartwell and surrounding areas or stay home and enjoy roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. Lots of open space for games, relaxing, BBQ, or outdoor exploration.

Come spend time at Lucky’s on Hartwell! Tastefully decorated and able to sleep 8 comfortably in this 3/2 on a finished basement. Just around the point from Carters Ferry Boat Ramp. Take an easy walk to the dock to watch the sunrise over the lake, then sit in the shade of the screened in porch after a day on the water. Catch monster large mouth off the dock. This home was made for making memories! Lucky’s on Hartwell… if you’re lucky enough to be here, you’re lucky enough!

Relaxing retreat on Lake Hartwell.

Our one bedroom "apartment" has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Room for air mattresses too. There is swimming, fishing, kayaking, and just plain relaxing here. We are close to hiking and waterfalls. Approximately one hour from UGA or one hour from Clemson for a getaway football weekend. Come enjoy and bring your pets too—they are always welcome!

The apartment is located in a secluded peaceful, cove near downtown Hartwell and is in close proximity to hiking and numerous outdoor activities in the hill country of Georgia and South Carolina.
