This place was beautiful. We loved the kitchen and how open the inside was. The screened porch area was great to relax without worrying about bugs. The lights in the back made night fishing and hanging outside longer possible, and we really enjoyed that. We would definitely book this place again!

Great, private location in Homosassa. Easily walkable to McRae's, the Monkey Bar and a few other spots. The house is as described on AirBnB. It is spacious and comfortable. Susan is a great and quick responding host!

We had an excellent stay at Joy's place. Everything was perfect, Joy and her family go above and beyond to make this a five star experience. We enjoyed kayaking and paddleboarding in the springs, only a 5 minute paddle from the house to Homosassa Spring. My only regret is we didn't stay longer.

The house was cleanly, had some nice touches like games, movies and things for kids. The swim spa was amazing and we also enjoyed the bikes and kayakes during our stay. Terry was a great host!!!

Orit was so accommodating and friendly. She even went out of her way to install a tv in the bedroom for us. The place was super clean with everything you would need. The whole house is very spacious and comfortable like home. The linens were clean, comfortable and not old and dingy. I would definitely come back to this airbnb any day. Highly recommend

Great family trip! Two couples with six kids total. Plenty of room for everyone. The water, river and dock were great. TONs of wildlife right from the back yard. If you bring your boat, the Hernando Beach Flats are a short ride away. Can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful time at this perfectly located home. There were 10 of us total. There was enough space to all be together or places to have alone time. The house was gorgeous, well appointed, very clean, and comfortable. There were a few (very minor) issues I brought to Danon's attention mid week (more of heads of for his to do list for his next guests and no bother to us at all). After making sure it wouldn't inconvenience us, he got them taken care of. I highly recommend staying here. Manatees, the wild life, the people watching on the weekends, back to total serenity during the week... It really is fantastic. We kayaked all over and didn't see a better home we would want to stay in. You won't be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our son caught a fish off the back deck on the last day. That just made our whole day and our whole stay!

Sally’s place was the perfect spring break getaway for our family! The house was very clean, comfortable, had plenty of space for our family. We enjoyed fishing in the canal, kayaking, and seeing the manatees! Our hosts were very gracious and host a beautiful home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Family of 5 (3 kids) and two dogs from VA. Felt the house was perfect with a great yard and cool trees. The dogs didn’t need leashed and could be at ease with pool access being safe. (My dogs can’t swim) The sheets were real cotton (this means a lot) and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of bedding and pillow options. Kitchen had the basics to cook meals which was easier. The house had everything we needed to have a great vacation other than food to eat. Close to everything we wanted to do. A great trail that was not a commercialized walk where we saw armadillos, manatees, an alligator, bald eagles, snakes and we could hear two owls talking. It was perfection. The swing out back was a nice peaceful touch and I really appreciated the grill. We saw crystal clear water at three sisters while kayaking as well as dolphins at sunset. We took a boat cruise to an island and found more shells I’ve seen in my life. I’d come back again and again. No hoopla where tons of people were.

AMAZING. Great hosts, great place! I stayed here by myself and it was heaven on earth. I am a nature lover and this exceeded my expectations. The house & the property are stunning. The house is a lovely mix of tasteful tropical & Victorian decor. The outside is like being in the garden of Eden. So private & peaceful. I was able to meet manatees my first evening taking the kayak out; they were as interested in me as I was in them and came all around me and the baby came up to say hi. It was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had. It was just me and the manatees not another human in sight. The next morning I paddled out again and saw otters playing. I saw turtles, lizards, many beautiful birds, including green heron, great blue heron, and an owl. Coffee in the morning on the patio & a fire at night under the canopy of trees. Close to so much to do- springs, beach, nature parks, but by far the best was being able to paddle pretty much out the back door. I’m so glad I stayed here!!!

Amazing and peaceful. This was exactly what I and my kids (6 and 14) needed for a weekend trip! I would highly recommend and would book again if coming to the area without hesitation.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at William’s place. He was incredibly responsive and helpful both before and during our visit. The house was cozy, we felt right at home, and the dock was the absolute perfect spot to sit and listen to all the birds. Being able to use the kayaks and easily slip out onto the water was a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend and we would absolutely love to return someday!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean and exactly as listed, making us feel right at home. One of the highlights was kayaking with the manatees; we even saw baby manatees and lots of other wildlife. The location felt private yet was conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants, which was perfect. Check-in was a breeze, and we enjoyed easy day trips to Tarpon Springs, Honeymoon Island for shelling, Dunedin and Tampa. Weeki wachee state park was just down the street and a fun visit. This place is great for families with young kids, as we appreciated the security measures in place to keep the little ones safe. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

I enjoyed my stay very much. I would sit down near the water or inside looki g out big front windows in the big comfy chairs and watch whatever was going on. it was very quite. reminded me of when I was younger at our grandparents camp on the water. Ruthann was in contact with me when she was notified that internet went down. checked in to see how my stay was going. check in was very easy. I would stay again. thank you to great hosts. 😊 Suzanne

Dream cottage was just that! It’s a quiet spot in the perfect location! We saw dolphins, and manatees! Brian was super awesome, and right next door! The remodel of the place was adorable and it was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

It was a beautiful place to stay. Perfect place to disconnect your self from everything. We love our stay!!! The cabin was just perfect for the 3 of us. Love the River and the screened porch.

The tranquility of the back deck was incedible. The location was perfect for visiting our friends at Chassahowitzka Campground (1.5 miles away). I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to explore the area, especially the manatees and the three or seven sisters springs. One extra bonus was watching the albino squirrel from the front porch in the morning. We had an issue and were very responsive.

This place provided us with exactly what we were looking for. it was very quiet and secluded and felt like home. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed and we're very responsive and communicative before and throughout our stay. we absolutely loved this little getaway and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a little peace and quiet away from the rest of the world!

Perfect nature getaway! My husband and I rented the space for an extended weekend that was dog-friendly so we could bring out two aussies. Richard and Leslie's space was perfect for our needs and included a private yard for the dogs to run around in. It was close to all the river access points as well as any grocery shops, restaurants, etc.. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials for us to make a few meals in without having to purchase bulky condiments or seasonings. The space even includes access to use their paddleboards and kayaks, however, we choose to opt for a canoe rental so we had plenty of space to take the dogs out on the river with us. We really enjoyed exploring a new part of Florida and were able to check off another State Park from our list after visiting Rainbow Springs State Park.

We had an amazing week away from NY at Dustin’s A Frame Home. The location was perfect, right in the river but not where all the crowds are. The house made us feel right at home with our two Frenchies. The house and the area is magical from the colorful butterflies, beautiful birds, little lizards, manatees and we even saw a baby and mom dolphin swim by. The weeki wachi river is gorgeous and Dustin gives you all the kayaks and SUP you need right at the house. I highly recommend renting the Round Boats as well. We loved it so much we rented them two days in a row and got a deal for it. You cover so much more of the River and it’s so relaxing. We hope to get back to Dustin’s space in the future, it was really hard to leave. If you thinking about booking it, just do it! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Dustin and all for an amazing week away.

Leslie was very responsive. The setting is private and the covered deck on rainy days wonderful to relax on. Leslie provided much appreciated extras like healthier cooking pans, sharp knives, a cutting board, and a medicine kit which are not usually provided in my years of experience. A word of caution apparently regarding airbnb policy. Check for potential price changes on your reservation Even IF you are subtracting something!!! Because I didn’t end up taking my dog with (deleting the pet fee), it changed my reservation and a $142.20 increase (county tax fee) was added! 😱

My husband and I just had the absolute, most amazing stay at this cabin in the woods. The hosts communicated thoroughly and were very responsive to any inquiries we had. The photos and description are all 100% accurate but don’t show the true beauty and serenity of this hidden gem. There were several kayaks w/lifejackets, firewood (with starters), fishing poles w/tackle, coffee/tea provided. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Pack your food, drinks and clothes-that is it! They have everything needed for the most relaxing and wonderful get-away!

The host was amazing. Very responsive! The house was great. A little small, however, perfect for our family of 4. The access to the river is amazing! Awesome view with nature on the other side of the river, not houses. The water was crystal clear. The kayaks were in good shape and fun to use. The only downside is there is not dishwasher if you are going to stay longer, however, we did not mind washing our own dishes. We are already looking at dates to return!
