Jessica and Steves place was great, super clean, everything and more then you would expect in a typical Airbnb rental, They were super helpful in anything we needed, Great location, we will for sure rent there again next time we are in the area

From the amenities to the towel animals and chocolates on the beds, we felt like we stepped into a luxury vacation! The neighborhood was quaint and safe feeling, and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Lori's husband runs a business out of the backyard workshop (large warehouse) and was very nice. However it was a bit awkward how incredibly close... but they were very courteous. The jacuzzi only fit two people, which was fine as we took turns. Everything was so thoughtful, everyone slept well, the kitchen was fantastic, and snacks were provided. We had a great stay, and would 100% visit again for longer!

To anyone that’s reading this, Look No further this is by far one of the best Airbnb stays that I have ever stayed at. This property is immaculate. The cleanliness of the house, the decor, the peacefulness of the Neighbourhood., the neighbors are super friendly and all the amenities that this house brings exceeded our expectations. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone with children. It is super safe and there are tons of amenities..

I’ve stayed in countless accommodations all over the world and this one’s my new favorite. Conveniently located near it all, yet tucked away in a peaceful and secure area. The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and even better than the photos. The hot tub and the game room were a hit. The labeled instructions made things easy, they thought about everything! Maria was awesome—quick to respond and very friendly. You can tell she really cares about creating a five-star stay. Highly recommend!

Will is a great host. If you have dogs just be aware there are big dogs next door that don’t seem too friendly! I did not feel comfortable letting my dogs off the leash with a mesh fence between the two properties!

The Sunshine Chalet was perfect for my teen daughter and I to visit from Wisconsin. The location was central for all of our daytrip plans (Cedar Key for seafood at Steamers, local artists, a walk at Shell Mound trail and fresh grouper from Brooks Dockside Seafood Market; Shopping in Crystal River; Riverside supper at Swampy's; Canyon Land Zip lines and Silver Glen Springs Recreation Area; Inverness Farmer's Market and history mueseum). There are MANY other things to do very near here as well, but we've visited a few times and were ready to venture out. It's in a quiet neighborhood, the house made us feel right at home and safe, and it was very clean and well stocked with all the needed amenities. After being out most days, coming home for supper and the hot tub was very relaxing. We enjoyed hearing the hoot owls at night, and I slept so soundly (I forgot to look what kind of mattresses are on the beds). I'm so glad we stayed her and will stay here again, if in the area.

This cabin was a great place to stay. The porches and being on the river was great. The host was nice and accommodating, we got in earlier than we anticipated from our drive and they allowed an early check in. The host was sometimes slow to respond but otherwise great to work with. We would stay here again!

I highly recommend Tyler’s place for a getaway. I went with my husband and friends and it was a dream! The place is great, absolutely beautiful backyard and Tyler was an amazing host. Always responded very quickly, super polite and helpful. We loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Tyler’s beautiful and peaceful home! The space is bright, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing, especially the lovely deck where we enjoyed our Easter brunch. The house is full of unique details that make the stay very special. There are lots of games and interesting books that the kids truly enjoyed, which made our time even more memorable. The house was well-equipped and thoughtfully maintained, making our group of 7 adults and 4 kids feel right at home. Tyler was a very responsive and gracious host, accommodating our requests. He was very open to feedback and quick to address any minor issues we encountered, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience—we highly recommend staying here and would gladly return. Thank you, Tyler, for your hospitality!

Amazing views of the river from the lodge with all your crew could need to have a great time on the water and a great atmosphere and fire place for hanging out.

We had a great weekend away! Tam’s little cottage is so cozy! Very comfy bed, awesome shower & tons of beautiful plants both inside & out! I was even greeted with a Birthday card in a pretty hyacinth plant! Thanks again, we would love to stay here again!
